★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamata anche Tempio votivo della Pace è una chiesa modernista ma ormai storica in città. La sua cupola verde spicca subito nel paesaggio.L'interno tutto sommato non è così essenziale e vi sono belle statue,vetrate e mosaici su disegno di Trento Longaretti.
Also called Votive Temple of Peace, it is a modernist but now historic church in the city. Its green dome immediately stands out in the landscape.The interior is not so essential and there are beautiful statues, stained glass windows and mosaics designed by Trento Longaretti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ edificio sacro molto particolare edificato dopo la seconda guerra mondiale quale voto per la pace. stile piuttosto austero e leggermente opprimente anche perché poco luminoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel esempio di architettura moderna.Il Tempio Votivo fu edificato negli anni 50 del secolo scorso,come adempimento del voto, fatto dalla cittadinanza,alla Vergine per ringraziarla della protezione dai bombardamenti della seconda guerra.
Sia all'esterno che all'interno, si presenta sobrio e privo di ricercatezze architettoniche,cosa che lo rende gradevole a tutti.La forma circolare ricorda i templi gerolosomitani e bizantini.
Qualche birbone lo ha paragonato ad un panettone donato alla Madonna!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tempio votivo ha uno stile che richiama vagamente lo stile austero degli anni20..ma sicuramente ha anche influitol'essenzialita' tipica dei bergamaschi.mi è' anche sembrato esservi un richiamo al pantheon romano( vedi i disegni interni della cupola.comunque luogo di raccoglimento e misticità' anche grazie alle numerose e bellissime opere d'arte che conserva
