R	Replicant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente molta cortesia, sia dal personale in negozio che alla consegna, le persone che hanno portato il nuovo materasso e rete, e ritirato quelli vecchi, hanno fatto tutto per 3 rampe di scale stando attentissimi a non rovinare niente, in modo piu' che professionale e cortese. Consigliato! Stefano Simply a lot of courtesy, both from the staff in the shop and on delivery, the people who brought the new mattress and net, and withdrew the old ones, did everything for 3 flights of stairs, being very careful not to ruin anything, in a more than professional way and courteous. Quando siamo andati a chiedere ci è stato risposto che nulla si poteva fare per sostituire e venirci incontro. Il materasso non è costato poco e credo che un negozio specializzato non possa dare certe risposte ai suoi clienti.... se no tanto vale acquistare su qualsiasi altro canale, peraltro a prezzi decisamente più convenienti..... Purchased mattress, but not satisfied at all. I had to change it because it was impossible to sleep on it. When we went to ask we were told that nothing could be done to replace and accommodate us. The mattress is not cheap and I believe that a specialized shop cannot give certain answers to its customers .... otherwise it might be worth buying on any other channel, however at much cheaper prices .....
