A partire dalle spiegazioni molto professionali del signor Franco fino alla consegna puntuale e precisa da parte degli incaricati. Sicuramente da consigliare! Si voleva un materasso morbido ed accogliente e ne è arrivato uno rigido! Non c'è stata possibilità di risolvere il problema, in quanto il titolare non si è pronunciato minimamente circa l'insoddisfazione del cliente (non per capriccio, ma per un acquisto diverso dal materasso provato in negozio). Si è cercato di raggiungere un compromesso con l'acquisto sempre da loro di un topper, chiedendolo al prezzo di fabbrica. Impossibile raggiungere un compromesso. Assurdo. In seguito alla risposta del titolare preciso che non è stato un ritardo nel rispondere. Se non avessi chiamato per chiedere informazioni sulla raccomandata spedita due settimane prima, non sarei nemmeno più stato contattato. Confermo la scarsa attenzione verso il cliente, in relazione al danno subito. I had problems with 2 mattresses. I notified the Data Controller by registered letter with return receipt. Una volta consegnato, il materasso nuovo si è rivelato diverso da quello scelto, ossia rigido. Sono tornata in negozio per trovare un compromesso, ma la risposta da parte del titolare è stata pessima, ossia che avremmo potuto acquistare un topper da mettere sopra per renderlo più confortevole (al costo di 350 euro). Oltre al danno, la beffa. Per risolvere un problema da loro creatomi, la soluzione è quella di chiedermi altri 350 euro oltre al costo del materasso (800 euro) che doveva già essere morbido. Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto presso questo negozio (metto una stella perchè è obbligatorio). Leggo con dispiacere la risposta del titolare che fa apparire di essere nel giusto. Per questo negozio è importante certamente vendere, la soddisfazione del cliente per un danno subito, non è nemmeno contemplata. Davvero pessimi. Ho acquistato 2 doghe e 2materassi scelti x certe caratteristiche. A casa è arrivato altro. In un primo momento pensavo fosse una mia impressione, poi facendolo provare anche ad altri presenti all'acquisto, mi hanno confermato cio' che pensavo. Ho chiesto al Titolare di arrivare ad un compromesso che nn sto qui a descrivere...ma chiaramente NON mandandolo ASSOLUTAMENTE in perdita! La sua reazione è stata impassibile! Sicuramente ha perso un cliente che ha parecchi letti da vestire non solo qui in provincia, ma anche altrove! Risposta al TITOLARE: Lo cedavate in PERDITA????? Con un banale sconto del 10%???? Devo dire onestamente che parlando con il sig. Franco, ha subito capito cosa volessi. Mi ha consigliato un materasso fantastico che ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie aspettative. Anche per quanto riguarda la consegna tutto perfetto. Precisi, cortesi e competenti. I vostri tecnici ci hanno fatto notare con cortesia e senza alcuna insistenza, quanto le nostre reti fossero usurate e poco consone a preservare nel tempo i due nuovi materassi, limitando pure il confort degli stessi. Per la fiducia che ci avete dimostrato nell'acquisto dei materassi, abbiamo preso in considerazione la sostituzione delle reti. Le abbiamo ordinate, ricevute e Vi assicuro che io e mio marito, quasi con sorpresa abbiamo subito verificato quanto le nuove reti ci abbiano dato vermente un percibilissimo confort del dormire.
