Alla semplice richiesta di sconto per l'acquisto di un materasso da 970 euro, l'individuo Titolare, parlando solo in bergamasco e dando del tu come fossi suo fratello, rispondeva che per 30 euro di guadagno era meglio stare a letto a dormire, che a casa sua i prezzi li fa lui, e il tutto in modo davvero aggressivo.
