Li chiamo, mi dicono che verrò ricontattato e non lo fanno più.
Mando mail e non rispondono.
Morale della favola, mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad un avvocato.
Sconsiglio decisamente.
They gave me a guarantee expiring in June when the Renault service expired six months earlier.
I call them, they tell me that I will be contacted and they do not do it anymore.
I send emails and do not reply.
Moral of the story, I had to turn to a lawyer.
I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata negativa in quanto ho acquistato 1 auto usata pagata profumatamente che si è rivelata incidentata, ma non mi è stato detto. Quindi tutta una serie di malfunzionamenti e cigolii di carrozzeria iniziati subito dopo l'acquisto a causa di lavori di riparazione molto male eseguiti.
My experience was negative as I purchased 1 used car paid handsomely which turned out to be crashed, but I wasn't told. So a whole series of bodywork malfunctions and squeaks started immediately after the purchase due to very poorly performed repair work.
