Nonostante la tarda ora e la poca assistenza da parte della casa madre, il responsabile dell'officina ha fatto veramente di tutto per sistemare l'auto in tempo brevi e permettere a me e mio figlio di tornare a casa con un auto sostitutiva. Il titolare è andato ben oltre quello che normalmente ci si aspetterebbe.
Tutto il personale si è dimostrato competente, professionale e disponibile dal meccanico alla responsabile dell'amministrazione.

Despite the late hour and the lack of assistance from the parent company, the workshop manager did everything he could to fix the car in a short time and allow me and my son to go home with a replacement car. The owner went above and beyond what would normally be expected.
All the staff proved to be competent, professional and available from the mechanic to the manager of the administration.

Devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del mio acquisto in quanto l'autovettura ha superato le mie aspettative riguardo i consumi e le dotazioni di serie.
