L’officina è una cosa imbarazzante, 400€ per Non aver risolto nulla tenendo la macchina 2 settimane.Però scopri di avere cablaggio rotti, pompa dell’olio rotta e corpo farfallato idem..che dire , ottimo lavoro. Tornerò sicuramente.
The workshop is an embarrassing thing, € 400 for not having resolved anything by keeping the car for 2 weeks. But you discover you have broken wiring, a broken oil pump and a throttle body ditto .. what to say, great job. I will definitely be back.

Cortesia e tempestività lo contraddistinguono. Stavo pensando di vendere la mia Mercedes poichè non avevo un’assistenza adeguata al marchio. Posso tranquillamente te affermare di aver cambiato opinione in merito. Graziana a Filippo e a tutto l’opposto staff del service Mercedes di Pistoia.

Esperienza PIRANDELLIANA. Il personale è veramente professionale e cordiale, ma io per avere dei pezzi di ricambio per la mia Smart nuova, appena ritirata, ho dovuto tribolare 2 mesi. Ripeto la mia 1 stella non è per le persone che vi lavorano, io ho interagito con Filippo e anche io confermo, trattasi di persona ?, la mia bassa valutazione è per l’organizzazione della Mercedes per quanto riguarda il comparto Smart e l’eventuale fornitura degli eventuali pezzi da sostituire. O accessori che dir si voglia, in quanto anche per avere il finalino cromato dello scarico, sto ancora aspettando.
PIRANDELLIAN experience. The staff are really professional and friendly, but I had to worry for 2 months to have spare parts for my new Smart, just retired. I repeat my 1 star is not for the people who work there, I interacted with Filippo and I also confirm, this is in person ?, my low rating is for the organization of Mercedes as regards the Smart sector and any supply of any parts to be replaced. Or accessories, whatever you want, as I am still waiting for the chrome end of the exhaust.

5 ore e 30 minuti per sostituire un alternatore alla mia smart tral'altro portato da me gia modificato come previsto da smart per un totale di 450€ , giudicate voi ?? , tral'altro in fase di preventivo che non mi hanno nemmeno fatto firmare la cifra si attestava sui 250€ . quando ho ritirato l'auto non c'era nemmeno una goccia di liquido refrigerante , fortunatamente me ne sono accorto prima del surriscaldamento eccessivo del motore
5 hours and 30 minutes to replace an alternator for my smart, brought by me already modified as foreseen by smart for a total of 450 €, judge for yourself ??, among other things in the estimate phase that they did not even make me sign the figure stood at € 250. when I picked up the car there was not even a drop of coolant, luckily I noticed it before the engine overheated

Ho portato la mia Smart eq per un controllo e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.Ho trovato molto professionale questo service e Filippo il responsabile accettazione molto disponibile ( cosa rara di questi tempi ) Sono soddisfatto nel globale di questa struttura e la consiglio vivamente. Bravi ?
I took my Smart eq for a check and I was very satisfied, I found this service very professional and Filippo the acceptance manager very helpful (which is rare these days) I am satisfied in the overall of this structure and I highly recommend it. Well done ?

Con il comportamento di stamattina hanno perso un buon cliente. Una semplice diagnosi su una vecchia Smart, così mi era stato detto verbalmente. Mi hanno preso €149.50. Un vero furto visto che non hanno riparato niente e soprattutto visto che ero un loro cliente fisso. Mi dispiace per loro.
With their behavior this morning they lost a good customer. A simple diagnosis on an old Smart, so I was told verbally. They took me € 149.50. A real steal since they have not repaired anything and especially since I was their regular customer. I'm sorry for them.

Very pleasant experience! Filippo La Cascia and the Mercedes Team in Pistoia were friendly, flexible and efficient in diagnosing what could be done (or not). We came without an appointment, but was accepted in a professional way without letting down their planned customers. With patience and a great mutual effort our problem was rapidly understood, and after a couple of hours the possible solutions slowly, but surely explained (mostly in Italian, but in English when necessary). As it turned out: even with the confidence gained and our strong will to have our car repaired immediately (air-con problem) we decided not to for practical reasons. In spite of the time and air-con liquid consumed the bill was extremely reasonable ;-). THANKS a lot to a great team and a great embassador for Italy.
