Dopo un'attesa prolungata di oltre un mese rispetto alla data prevista di consegna, ci è stata proposta un'auto più vecchia e con un chilometraggio superiore a quella che era stata ordinata, la quale risultava ancora "dispersa". Scarsissima attenzione al cliente, e perenne irrintracciabilità del responsabile, scuse e bugie a non finire.
Absolutely to be avoided. After an extended wait of over a month from the expected delivery date, we were offered an older car with a higher mileage than the one ordered, which was still "missing". Very little attention to the customer, and perennial untraceability of the person responsible, endless excuses and lies.
