Mi era stato detto che avrei ricevuto una chiamata con il preventivo, ma ho dovuto chiamare io al 3 giorno. Un primo segnale è che quando sono andata a ritirare l'auto non c'era la solita protezione del sedile. Ma questo non è niente in confronto al fatto che ho trovato la macchina con una bella grattata profonda sul paraurti sinistro. La macchina la volevo sistemata non con altri regali. Lavoro fatto ( cioè non fatto...ma pagato e strapagato) a Settembre ad oggi la macchina è di nuovo ferma per il medesimo problema. Ovviamente costretta dal carroattrezzi altrimenti non l'avrei mai portata da loro. Ho chiesto una macchina sostitutiva perché sono sola con una bimba piccola mi è stato detto impossibile, quando l'elettrauto anche più piccolo ha la macchina di cortesia. Ci aggiungo anche questa perché oramai le dico tutte...appena Acquistata aveva un problema sul motore portata da loro 4 volte se non mi rivolgevo ad altri ero sempre lì a cercare di risolvere. Ovviamente con un assistenza così ti passa anche la voglia di acquistare una macchina Renault, che infatti non acquisterò più. Really bad!
