Riportato al punto vendita mi hanno fatto attendere per un mese e mezzo il poter avere il pezzo giusto scusandosi del fatto che il fornitore non lo aveva disponibile. Risultato finale rimborsato della cifra pagata dopo quasi due mesi. Non do tulla la colpa al punto vendita, ma talvolta la celerità di risolvere certi problemi ne crea molti meno a chi acquista. Un consiglio: cambiate fornitori e cercatene di più seri. I made a purchase which, when taken after booking, turned out to be wrong. l	luk 92 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per la parte tim, praticamente ho perso la sim e chiamando l'operatore avevo 2 opsioni il furto con il quale devo andare dai carabinieri fare la denuncia e con quella andare in negozio per recuperare la sim e l'opzione smarrimento dove non c'è ne bisogno, VADO DA LORO E MI DICANO CHE IN TUTTI E DUE I CASI SERVE LA DENUNCIA, bene mi reco in un'altro centro Tim dato che l'ho bloccata per smarrimento me la ridanno in 2minuti spendendo 15 euro qli stessi soldi e esaurendo la pazienza gli avrei sprecati in benzina da loro! con me sono stati incompetenti e la recensione negativa la meritano tutta!!! for the tim part, I practically lost the sim and by calling the operator I had 2 options the theft with which I have to go to the carabinieri make the complaint and with that go to the shop to recover the sim and the loss option where there is none I need it, I GO TO THEM AND THEY TELL ME THAT IN BOTH CASES YOU NEED THE COMPLAINT, well I go to another Tim center since I blocked it for loss they give it back to me in 2 minutes spending 15 euros the same money and running out patience I would have wasted them in gasoline from them! with me they were incompetent and they deserve the whole negative review !!!
