★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da loro uno scooter usato. Considerato che loro sono a Pistoia ed io vivo a Napoli, ho effettuato tutto via mail e telefono. Si sono occupati loro del passaggio di proprietà e della spedizione. Sono stati gentilissimi e professionali ed il mezzo mi è pervenuto in perfette condizioni, addirittura migliori di quanto non sembrassero in fotografia.
Sono stata criticata dai miei familiari per aver effettuato un acquisto azzardato, di questi tempi comprare senza neanche vedere l'articolo, pagandolo prima di riceverlo, è effettivamente un azzardo. Ma alla fine si sono dovuti ricredere tutti ed ho avuto i complimenti per l'acquisto addirittura dal mio meccanico di fiducia.
Consiglio la concessionaria Motosport Cappellini veramente a tutti ... toscani e non ?
I bought a used scooter from them. Considering that they are in Pistoia and I live in Naples, I have done everything by mail and telephone. They took care of the change of ownership and shipping. They were very kind and professional and the vehicle reached me in perfect condition, even better than it looked in photography.
I was criticized by my family for making a risky purchase, these days buying without even seeing the item, paying for it before receiving it, is actually a gamble. But in the end everyone had to change their minds and I even got compliments on the purchase from my trusted mechanic.
I really recommend the Motosport Cappellini dealership to everyone ... Tuscan and non ?

They give me a gs without a key with a dead battery and without the already agreed telepass holder. Very bad experience!

Dopo essermi accordato per un usato a 4000€ mi son visto chiedere 100€ in n più perché la moto aveva una plastica rotta. (una cover serbatoio del valore di 60€)
Ovviamente non ho concluso, non tanto per i 100€ ma perché quando ti accordi per una cifra, se sei serio, non cambi le carte in tavola all'ultimo momento.
La fiducia da parte mia è venuta meno, hanno perso un cliente.
Mi piace particolarmente la risposta.
Crepa di mezzo millimetro.
Era spaccata per metà.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but my experience was bad.
After agreeing to a used one at 4000 € I saw myself asking 100 € more because the bike had a broken plastic. (a tank cover worth € 60)
Obviously I have not concluded, not so much for the € 100 but because when you agree for a sum, if you are serious, you do not change the cards on the table at the last moment.
My trust has broken, they have lost a customer.
I particularly like the answer.
