The first time I came with a specific problem to fix that when I showed up (after them not communicating with me for weeks that my bike was ready) my bike was “ready” except that they hadn’t fixed the original problem I came with.
The second time I came to pick up my bike on the agreed upon day a little less than an hour and half before the store closed and the motorcycle side had already closed because they “close” at 5:30 instead of the time listed on the website which is 7:00.
Apparently not a single other person in the building had the ability to handle this seemingly simple transaction and I was told to come back the next day.
I was left without my bike and having to inconvenience a friend to both drop me off and pick me back up.
It’s hard to fathom that a business can stay profitable if they treat all their customers this way. Especially considering the average cost of doing business with them. Incredibly unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, great work done on my bike. They are very professional up until a guy drops the pen on the desk and wants you to pick it up. That was a joke, however the only downside is the location. Even if i waited all day for my motorcycle to be serviced, there is not much nearby to walk to and do.
