Accogliente .il personale ben curato dalla divisa al loro modo di porsi a noi parenti ma soprattuttocon i pazienti .sempre con il sorriso. Tutto perfettamente organizzato . E i Pazienti ben curati nell igiene nell aspetto socio sanitario ed infermeristico. Ben coccolati anche da una genuina cucina interna alla struttura. Complimenti a tutti la consiglierei a chiunque I had the opportunity to get to know this structure by visiting a relative of mine, I immediately noticed a familiar air. Welcoming .the well cared for staff from the uniform to their way of dealing with us relatives but above all with the patients .always with a smile. All perfectly organized. And the Patients well cared for in hygiene in the socio-sanitary and nursing aspect. Also well pampered by a genuine cuisine inside the structure. Congratulations to everyone I would recommend it to anyone

Una struttura molto accogliente...ben luminosa, ben colorata...pulita e profumata. I pazienti sempre ben curati nel loro aspetto...e sorridenti. Poi il covid non mi ha permesso più di poter entrare ma sono stato in contatto con vari responsabili della direzione x aggiornarmi e sempre ben cordiali, per non parlare di una responsabile oss, ROSA R. Sempre disponibile a rispondere al cellulare e informarmi di tutto mi ha trasmesso tanta sicurezza e fiducia in un momento particolare. Voglio ringraziare tutti, tutti oss, bravissimi idem gli infermieri e il caposala e i medici.Grandissimi complimenti alla cucina e suoi due chef. Clinica eccezionale. Di recente mi sono trovato ad accompagnare mia madre e ne sono rimasto davvero stupito per le attenzioni che le sono state rivolte. La mensa è ottimale, ma non solo. Il direttore e il segretario mi sono risultate essere persone splendide. Senza tralasciare un'altra nota fondamentale: ospitalità e la cordialità di chi vi lavora all'interno. Consiglio vivamente poiché mi sono trovata in prima persona con mia madre. Anche la mensa ottima. Inoltre mi sono trovata a confrontarmi con il direttore e il segretario di "Villa Flegrea Rsa" e debbo dire quindi che sono personale professionali e cordiali. Very well cared for structure, kind staff who carry out their work with accuracy and empathy towards every single guest. I highly recommend as I found myself in person with my mother. Medici svogliati che spesso si contraddicono fra loro, personale inadeguato , Infermiera peggio. Un consiglio: se ci tenete ai vostri cari teneteli lontani da questa struttura Reading the more than positive reviews, having lived a very sad experience, I doubt that they are truthful. Probably they are from friends and relatives of the employees at work. I had my mother-in-law hospitalized with them and after a few days we proceeded to transfer her to another facility.
