A	Ambra Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato quasi esclusivamente il corso di pole dance durante il primo anno di apertura della palestra e ci sono state spesso situazioni che hanno reso l'esperienza stressante: alla fine di ogni lezione dovevamo correre a prenotarci per poter frequentare la lezione successiva a causa del numero di iscritte troppo elevato per il numero di pali disponibili, inoltre durante ogni allenamento venivamo insistentemente osservate dai frequentatori della sala pesi che è divisa dalla sala del corso solo con una parete di vetro, inoltre nell'ultimo periodo sono stati aggiunti dei sacchi per la boxe troppo vicino ai pali e spesso eravamo costrette a smontarli oppure rischiavamo di andarci a sbattere. Credo che il corso di pole dance in questa palestra possa avere un gran potenziale dato che in zona non ci sono altri posti in cui farla, e inoltre è tenuto da un'insegnante molto competente, purtroppo però, almeno nel primo periodo, ci sono state notevoli lacune organizzative ed è mancata a mio parere la capacità di cogliere il valore di un'iniziativa del genere. I attended the pole dance course almost exclusively during the first year of the gym and there were often situations that made the experience stressful: at the end of each lesson we had to rush to book to be able to attend the next lesson because of the number of enrollments too high for the number of poles available, moreover during each training we were insistently observed by the visitors of the weight room which is divided by the hall of the course only with a glass wall, moreover in the last period were added bags for boxing too close to the poles and we were often forced to dismantle them or risk bumping into them. I believe that the pole dance course in this gym could have a great potential since in the area there are no other places to do it, and besides it is held by a very competent teacher, unfortunately, at least in the first period, there were significant organizational gaps and, in my opinion, lacked the ability to grasp the value of such an initiative.

Il punto di forza è il prezzo e i corsi inclusi nell'abbigliamento. Io seguo il corso di vovinam, faccio due allenamenti mirati a settimana con un piccolo gruppo e poi un giorno a settimana vado a fare pesi. The gym is small and therefore during peak hours it is very difficult to train properly. The strong point is the price and the courses included in the clothing. I take the vovinam course, I do two targeted workouts a week with a small group and then one day a week I go to do weights.

Lezioni sempre presenti a rotazione, un'ottima varietà da step a rumba a cardio... altra novità è che si effettuano corsi di pole dance in tutta pistoia è la sola palestra. Il personale è sempre disponibile. La struttura è pulita. Non è un grande ambiente però è molto confortevole gli spazi sono dettagliati per ogni tipo di esercizio da svgere! Great gym!
