★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato di richiedere un preventivo (il mio errore è stato quello di non averlo richiesto per iscritto anche se c'e' un sms a conferma) e dopo aver commissionato il lavoro al momento del pagamento mi è stato detto che l'importo pattuito era senza fattura. Il totale è stato presto fatto: raddoppio dell'importo secco + IVA. Lezione imparata
I happened to request a quote (my mistake was to not have requested it in writing even if there is an SMS to confirm) and after commissioning the work at the time of payment I was told that the agreed amount he was without an invoice. The total was quickly made: doubling the dry amount + VAT. Lesson learned

Mi hanno anche dotato di auto sostitutiva!!! inoltre, non si sono approfittati del fatto che sono donna e di auto non capisco nulla, ma hanno cercato di risolvere il problema anche con l'assicurazione (molto meno disponibile)!
Super efficient and kind guys, they refurbished my buffered, washed and even scented car! They even equipped me with a replacement car !!! moreover, they didn't take advantage of the fact that I'm a woman and I don't understand anything about cars, but they tried to solve the problem even with insurance (much less available)!
