Prenotato un lavaggio omaggio per il compleanno 10 giorni prima della data stabilita ma all'arrivo in officina non risulta nulla e anziché avanzarmi mi dicono che dovrei aspettare 2 ore. Ero cliente da molti anni. Ho fatto cancellare tutte le mie informazioni sensibili dai loro database.
 Unreliable. Booked a free washing for the birthday 10 days before the established date but on arrival in the workshop it is not null and instead of advancing they tell me that I should wait 2 hours. I was a customer for many years. I have deleted all my sensitive information from their databases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati e poco professionali,ti dicono che ti richiamano e si scordano di chiamarti poi fanno dei prezzi assurdi dicendoti che ti faranno uno sconto inesistente e che cercheranno dei pezzi in base alla qualità e il prezzo ma poi probabilmente scadenti.
Rude and unprofessional, they tell you that they call you back and forget to call you then they make absurd prices telling you that they will give you a non-existent discount and that they will look for pieces based on the quality and the price but then probably poor.

Ribani è veramente un centro benessere per automobili! Si sono occupati della mia Audi A1 con puntualità ed attenzione, me l’hanno restituita ancora più bella di prima!

A beautiful reality, quality, professionalism and a lot of experience. I always found myself very well, resolving, a second intervention was rarely needed. They refurbished the machine that had just been bought due to hail last year, considering the amount of work and customers, in extremely reasonable times. Compliments.

Avevo preso appuntamento al telefono due settimane prima ma si sono dimenticati di chiamarmi per dirmi che l'intervento doveva essere posticipato. Consiglio in questo caso di non dare appuntamenti prima di aver ricevuto l'autorizzazione da leaseplan. Varie altre volte purtroppo era successo che fissavo un appuntamento al telefono che poi non risultava essere stato segnato in nessuno dei loro sistemi e venivo puntualmente rispedito a casa. Inoltre, avevo richiesto il lavaggio più volte che non è stato effettutato almeno in due occasioni per mancanza di tempo. Un mix di incompenteza, mancanza di professionalità e mancanza di rispetto del cliente. Se non fosse l'unica carrozzeria convenzionata con leaseplan in zona, ne starei alla larga.
I have an automobile on leaseplan. This morning, for the umpteenth time, I saw myself sent home, without service. I had made an appointment on the phone two weeks before but they forgot to call me to tell me that the surgery had to be postponed. I recommend in this case not to make appointments before having received the authorization from leaseplan. Unfortunately, several other times it had happened that I made an appointment on the phone which then did not appear to have been marked in any of their systems and I was promptly sent home. In addition, I had requested washing several times which was not carried out on at least two occasions due to lack of time. A mix of incompenteza, lack of professionalism and lack of respect for the customer. If it weren't the only body shop affiliated with leaseplan in the area, I'd stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, partendo dal presupposto che purtroppo in questo ultimo periodo mi è capitato aver bisogno di usufruire del servizio di carrozzeria e ne ho provate alcune in zona san lazzaro, Ribani è stata l unica che mi ha trattato da persona umana. Fabio è una persona gentilissima e competente. Ti tratta da AMICO e i sui servizi sono OTTIMI. Ho dovuto fare un gran lavoro di carrozzera per la mia Abarth ed è uscita in modo impeccabie. Gia che c'ero ho fatto anche il tagliando e i prezzi sono davvero concorrenziali.
Detto questo consiglio a tutti i sui servizi.

Good morning, starting from the assumption that unfortunately in this last period I happened to need to use the bodywork service and I tried some in the San Lazzaro area, Ribani was the only one who treated me as a human person. Fabio is a very kind and competent person. He treats you as a FRIEND and his services are GREAT. I had to do a lot of bodywork for my Abarth and it came out flawlessly. While I was there, I also got the coupon and the prices are really competitive.
