I had brought the car to replace the rear bumper, they provided me with a free courtesy car; upon collection the car was clean inside and out, it glistened. A really nice touch. Hanno fatto un vero e proprio MIRACOLO, la macchina sembra nuova e al ritiro era pulita e profumata. Professionali e impeccabili. Nulla da aggiungere. I brought my Alfa Romeo Mito to these guys, heartbroken from damage caused by a BIBLICAL hailstorm and some nice key marks left by someone in the shape of a V for Vendetta on both sides. They did a real MIRACLE, the car looks like new and was clean and fragrant when it was picked up. Professional and flawless. Nothing to add.

T	Tizio Incognito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto male, mi sono dovuto servire di loro dopo un incidente avvenuto qualche mese fa. sistemano tutto, vado a controllare la macchina e vedo che una parte è leggermente in protensione verso l'esterno, mi dico va beh, niente di grave.... passano 3 mesi e noto che da protensione è diventata sporgente, vado a chiedere se possono mettermela dentro e provano a convincermi che forse qualcuno mi ha urtato e provocato il danno( nessuna presenza di contusione o graffi quindi lo escludo) mi danno appuntamento e la lascio lì un pomeriggio dove mi hanno danneggiato la vernice e non hanno effettivamente fatto nulla dicendomi che manca un pezzo che ordineranno facendomi quindi girare con il danno precedente più uno squarcio alla vernice. Il tempo passa e mi capita un incidente per calamità naturali. Mi presento per comunicare dell'incidente e quindi chiedere se mi avrebbero fatto un preventivo più completo della sistemazione che però non ricevetti mai. Stanco ormai di vedere il danno sulla mia macchina ho deciso di andare in un altra carrozzeria e li ho scoperto grazie al carrozziere che tutti i pezzi usati per la riparazione precedente non erano originali, nessuno, e mi avevano fatto pagare moooolto più della seconda riparazione, sono inorridito e deluso, mi fidavo e in più mi stava simpatico il personale, totalmente sconsigliata. Time passes and I have an accident due to natural disasters. I introduce myself to report the accident and then ask if they would have made me a more complete estimate of the accommodation, which I never received, however. Tired of seeing the damage on my car by now, I decided to go to another body shop and I discovered them thanks to the coachbuilder that all the parts used for the previous repair were not original, none, and they had made me pay loooong more than the second repair, I am horrified and disappointed, I trusted and in addition I liked the staff, totally not recommended.
