★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo in 5 (genitori e figli) tutti con Green pass. Negozio vuoto. Non ci hanno neanche lasciare entrare. Si vede che non hanno un granché bisogno di vendere. Maleducazione rara.
AGGIORNO DOPO LA RISPOSTA: anche per me sono fondamentali le regole ma nulla giustifica non fare entrare una famiglia nel negozio. Nessuna regola impone questo e posso dire di conoscere i protocolli (provate a dimostrare il contrario). Il negozio era vuoto e la capienza permetteva il nostro accesso. Io certamente non verrò più ed è evidente che non vi interessa vendere i vostri prodotti.
There were 5 of us (parents and children) all with Green pass. Empty shop. They didn't even let us in. Obviously they don't have much need to sell. Rare rudeness.
UPDATE AFTER THE ANSWER: the rules are fundamental for me too, but nothing justifies not letting a family into the shop. No rule dictates this and I can say I know the protocols (try to prove otherwise). The shop was empty and the capacity allowed our access. I will certainly never come again and it is clear that you are not interested in selling your products.
