★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude manger. He was making comments about about our ethnicity in Italian to his co-worker (which we fully understood). He then tried to charge us for 3 breads and a mineral water that we never had or ordered. He was horrible when we asked about it. The food was cold and bland and all over a very upsetting experience :( There is incredible places in Rome to eat. Don't ruin your night by going here. Every other roman person we have met has been lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The risotto was excellent! We were too full for desert, so we went for some of the signature cocktails, and they were awesome! For the mains before that, we had the chicken and the pork. Both were delicious though overcooked and a bit dry. All in all a well above expectations and average for Rome. I almost forgot about the wine, we followed the waiters recommendation for a good and complex white wine, and we got a very nice bottle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I are in Rome for just a few days, staying in the Trastevere area which has lots of energy. Our hotelier told us about this two-week old restaurant- Ristorante Cambio-with great food that is so new that the tourists haven’t found it yet!
I couldn’t believe it has only been open for two weeks. We loved it! The food was delicious. Do not miss the Tartare de Salmone appetizer!! So fresh and light. The Cacio e Pepe has the finest pecorino and was fabulous.
The staff was welcoming and friendly and REALLY working hard! We loved the music that was playing—soft but fun—and understand that they often have live live music. Ristorante Cambio is a definitely worth a try! Hope you enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first review wouldn’t post and by the time I figured it out I had already eaten all my guac- but that is just a testament to how delicious it is!!! By far the freshest and most delicious guacamole I’ve found in rome. They also have the most amazing vegan burger. If you’re vegetarian and having trouble finding something great and fresh that isn’t pasta - Cambio is definitely the best place to visit!!! Amazing food and even better staff. Love the environment. One of my fav restaurants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in for a quick snack during our trek around the area. I absolutely loved the presentation with the chance to see the freshness of the dish. The flavor was a little different than I'm used to but by no means bad. I didn't include the empty plate pic lol.
