Vengo da Modena e alle 15:30 son li ma non c'è nessuno.
Chiamo mi viene detto di aspettare che in 5 minuti arriva il figlio ad aprire.
Dopo 20minuti ancora non si presenta nessuno, torno a chiamare mi viene ridetto che in 5 minuti arriva.
Passano altri 10 minuti arriva una signora a dirmi che il figlio ha da fare e che non può venire e di aspettare un altra mezzora e dopo "dovrebbe arrivare".
Torno a Modena.

I call in the morning and I am given an appointment at 3:30 pm at the Montale warehouse.
I come from Modena and at 15:30 I'm there but there is no one.
I call I am told to wait for the son to open the door in 5 minutes.
After 20 minutes still no one shows up, I go back to call and I am told that in 5 minutes he arrives.
After another 10 minutes a lady arrives to tell me that her son is busy and that he cannot come and to wait another half hour and then "he should arrive".
I go back to Modena.
