Di ritorno dalle vacanze, abbiamo abbandonato l'autostrada per dirigerci qui a mangiare senza nessun consiglio o raccomandazione. Risultato ottimo. Panini fatti al momento di buona qualità. Con un menù che comprende stuzzicherie e fritti. Ovviamente abbiamo mangiato li. La ragazza molto cordiale, forse con un tono di voce troppo basso e nascosto dalla mascherina. Panini avvolti in bellissime scatole e non in stupidi sacchetti, più ogni panino con un vassoio di carta. Imballati con cura anche se li mangiavamo li. We happened upon this burger by chance. Locale pulito ordinato e con una vasta scelta di panini, stuzzicherie e dolci in più c'è la possibilità di comporre il proprio panino. Titolare disponibilissimo simpatico e molto competente. Ho chiesto la possibilità di avere qualcosa "senza pane" e mi hanno accontentata. Il pane viene fatto da loro dall impasto alla lievitazione. Materie prime utilizzate di prima scelta, spesa medio alta ma giustificata anche dalla quantita e dalla grandezza delle porzioni. Sicuramente ci torneremo.
