★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile prendere il menu junior in quanto è vendibile solo ai bambini al di sotto dei 10 anni. Un po’ come se andassi al mc Donald é mi vietassero di prendere l’happy meal.
 It is not possible to take the junior menu as it is only available to children under 10 years of age. A bit like if I went to Mc Donald's and I was forbidden to take the happy meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ci reco spesso la domenica quando posso, dato che c'è la promozione delle Bbq Ribs Infinity a 10,90 euro. Nel complesso mi sono sempre trovato molto bene con Roadhouse, sono stato in entrambi i ristoranti di Reggio Emilia e non ho mai avuto problemi. Non eccellente, ma comunque ottimo. Unico neo: l'ultima volta che mi sono recato al ristorante, terminata la cena, ho constatato che ero stato declassato dal livello Silver al Red seppur non fosse passato tanto tempo dall'ultima cena che avevo consumato. In più non ci sono state portate le salse da contorno per il piatto, visto che non ve ne era più disponibilità secondo quanto comunicato dal cameriere, ragion per cui mi sono dovuto scomodare a prelevare le salse da un altro tavolo dato che non potevo aspettare che il cibo si raffreddasse!
Conclusione: consigliato, soprattutto vi consiglio i giorni in cui vi sono offerte e promozioni consultabili tranquillamente sul menù scaricabile anche dal sito ufficiale!
I often go there on Sundays when I can, since there is the promotion of the Bbq Ribs Infinity at 10.90 euros. Overall I have always had a very good time with Roadhouse, I have been to both restaurants in Reggio Emilia and have never had any problems. Not excellent, but still great. The only drawback: the last time I went to the restaurant, after dinner, I found that I had been downgraded from the Silver level to the Red even though it had not been so long since the last dinner I had eaten. In addition, we were not brought the side sauces for the dish, since there was no more availability according to what was communicated by the waiter, which is why I had to bother to pick up the sauces from another table since I could not wait for them to the food cooled down!
Conclusion: recommended, above all I recommend the days when there are offers and promotions that can be easily consulted on the menu that can also be downloaded from the official website!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato tramite Glovo, la consegna è stata molto veloce, ma il cibo era completamente freddo. Abbiamo ordinato la picanha e le patate al cartoccio. Delivery arrivato senza condimenti, tovaglioli, posate (nonostante io abbia messo apposta nella voce allergeni che avevo bisogno delle posate), ho messo apposta pensando che leggessero almeno per gli allergeni. Sicuramente non hanno letto, pertanto questo vuole dire che se io avessi delle allergie particolari sarei sicuramente stata male. Non siamo a casa, abbiamo dovuto mangiare con le mani perché non ci mandato posate e condimenti per la carne che era COMPLETAMENTE SENZA SALE. Beh, che dire… Avete perso clienti fedeli.
We ordered through Glovo, the delivery was very fast, but the food was completely cold. We ordered the picanha and the baked potatoes. Delivery arrived without condiments, napkins, cutlery (although I have put allergens in the item on purpose that I needed cutlery), I put it on purpose thinking that they read at least for allergens. Surely they haven't read, so this means that if I had any particular allergies I would definitely be sick. We are not at home, we had to eat with our hands because they did not send us cutlery and seasonings for the meat which was COMPLETELY SALT FREE. Well, what about ... You've lost loyal customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pranzato qui assieme ad alcuni colleghi in pausa pranzo. Ho preso una picanha e delle patate novelle. La carne era ben saporita e tenera, erano 4 fettine, peccato avessero tutte una nervatura dura che ho dovuto scartare. Nel complesso però ho mangiato bene.
I had lunch here with some colleagues on their lunch break. I got a picanha and some new potatoes. The meat was very tasty and tender, they were 4 slices, too bad they all had a hard rib that I had to discard. Overall, however, I ate well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un affezionato cliente della Roadhouse per cui ho avuto modo di provare la cucina di diversi locali, questo purtroppo al momento è il peggiore: fritto (onion Rings) unto oltremodo, carne (costata) veramente dura con una percentuale di grasso eccessiva, patatine in accompagnamento al panino piuttosto tragiche e quesadillas freddine. Discreti il panino e l'insalata. Peccato, il personale è rapido e molto gentile, ma le pietanze purtroppo non sono state all'altezza.
I am a loyal customer of the Roadhouse for which I had the opportunity to try the cuisine of different places, this unfortunately at the moment is the worst: fried (onion rings) overly greased, really hard meat (rib) with an excessive percentage of fat, chips in accompaniment to rather tragic sandwiches and cold quesadillas. Discrete the sandwich and the salad. Too bad, the staff is quick and very kind, but unfortunately the dishes were not up to par.

Premetto che non so se la colpa è del ristorante o di Uber Eats.
Comunque, esperienza a dir poco terribile..ordiniamo su Uber East alle 20:50 circa, ordine confermato e previsto per le 21:40. Il tempo passa e l'arrivo previsto si allontana sempre di più.. fino alle 22:20, quando arriva una notifica che ci informa che l'ordine non è andato a buon fine e che non potrà essere consegnato. È stato fatto il rimborso e ci è stato dato uno sconto di 6€ per i prossimi acquisti su Uber Eats (unico motivo per cui ho dato 2 stelle). Tuttavia, non si fa così. Alle 22:20, con la fame, e ormai speranzosi che l'ordine stesse per arrivare, scoprire che non avremmo mangiato è stato davvero deludente!

I state that I don't know if the fault lies with the restaurant or Uber Eats.
Anyway, a terrible experience to say the least .. we order on Uber East at about 20:50, order confirmed and scheduled for 21:40. Time passes and the expected arrival gets further and further away .. until 22:20, when a notification arrives informing us that the order has not been successful and that it cannot be delivered. The refund was made and we were given a € 6 discount on future purchases on Uber Eats (the only reason I gave it 2 stars). However, this is not the case. At 10:20 pm, hungry, and now hoping that the order was about to arrive, discovering that we were not going to eat was really disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tipico locale Steakhouse situato all'interno del Centro Commerciale "I Petali" di Reggio Emilia. Appena arrivati, ci hanno accolto con un aperitivo gratuito di Nachos con salsa piccante. I piatti sono buoni e giusti nella porzione, inoltre assieme alle patatine viene sempre portato un porta salse con all'interno sei salse diverse da poter aggiungere a piacimento. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, il rapporto qualità prezzo è nella media.
Typical local Steakhouse located inside the "I Petali" Shopping Center in Reggio Emilia. As soon as we arrived, they greeted us with a free appetizer of Nachos with spicy sauce. The dishes are good and right in the portion, moreover, a sauce holder is always brought together with the chips with six different sauces inside that you can add at will. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the value for money is average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale all'interno del centro commerciale i Petali senza bagno. Se si ha bisogno del bagno bisogna utilizzare quelli pubblici dei Petali.
I prezzi sono molto buoni e i piatti abbondanti. La carne alla griglia è molto buona e la domenica sera c'è il menù all you can eat di costine a 10€. Si possono scegliere sia costine normali che piccanti ed entrambe si sciolgono in bocca. Ogni piatto di carne ha incluso un contorno a scelta ma non consiglio le patate novelle perchè risultavano stoppose e non cotte bene.
Il servizio è lento ed i camerieri molto inesperti. Il capo sala, invece, è molto accogliente e simpatico.
Room inside the i Petali shopping center without bathroom. If you need a bathroom, you have to use the public ones of the Petals.
The prices are very good and the dishes plentiful. The grilled meat is very good and on Sunday evenings there is an all you can eat menu of ribs for € 10. You can choose from both normal and spicy ribs and both melt in your mouth. Each meat dish included a side dish of your choice but I do not recommend the new potatoes as they were stringy and not cooked well.
The service is slow and the waiters very inexperienced. The head of the dining room, on the other hand, is very welcoming and friendly.
