Kind and helpful salespeople. Even if the room is small, it is possible to have the spacing and the entrance and exit are separate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono "nuova" cliente in boutique e mi sono sentita trattare malissimo da uno dei commessi, solo perché non ho voluto aderire alla ennesima promozione. Mi è stato detto testualmente: " certo che voi clienti che pa**e! Le promozioni con gli sconti non vi vanno mai bene, però il caffè lo bevete tutti i giorni!!!"
Io me ne sono andata via scioccata col mio caffè (che tra l'altro mi è stato venduto anche sbagliato dallo stesso commesso che a quanto pare ha una soglia di attenzione al cliente discutibile...)
Scegliere o non scegliere di aderire alle promo penso sia una scelta del cliente, e i commessi non si dovrebbero permettere di generalizzare in alcun modo le abitudini dei propri clienti (anche perché lo storico acquisti è a loro accessibile dal computer aziendale e poteva consultare benissimo le mie abitudini sul caffè...)
Ovviamente prima di uscire mi sono dovuta sorbire una scenata sulla busta delle capsule riciclate perché secondo lui "non è abbastanza piena....a noi ne mandano poche"; ho deciso quindi che rifiuteró sempre la busta e non farò più la raccolta.
I am a "new" customer in the boutique and I felt treated very badly by one of the clerks, just because I did not want to join the umpteenth promotion. I was told verbatim: "Of course you customers who pa ** e! Promotions with discounts are never good for you, but you drink coffee every day !!!"
I left shocked with my coffee (which by the way was also sold to me wrong by the same clerk who apparently has a questionable customer attention threshold ...)
Choosing or not choosing to join the promos I think is a choice of the customer, and the salespeople should not allow themselves to generalize in any way the habits of their customers (also because the purchase history is accessible to them from the company computer and could very well consult mine coffee habits ...)
Obviously, before going out I had to put up with a scene about the bag of recycled capsules because according to him "it's not full enough .... they send us a few"; I have therefore decided that I will always refuse the envelope and I will no longer collect it.
