★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 10 /11 sono entrata a comprare un nuovo fondotinta ,entrata mi si avicina una ragazza con capelli a caschetto neri e mi chiede se ho bisognio .io le rispondo di si e le dico di cosa ho bisogno e le dico che dovrei cambiare fondotinta.le spiego che tipo di fondotinta vorrei ,lei inizia a farmi vedere un fondotinta ma le dico che lo già utilizzato e non mi sono trovata bene, poi mi fa vedere un tipo di babyceam e qua da subito non mi è piaciuto visto che le avevo detto che vorrei un fondotinta abbastanza coprente .dicendole che non mi piace, la ragazza mi riponde scociata mi dispiace .allora mi allontano un minuto però poi mi riavicino e le chiedo se potrei guardare qualcosa d'altro , e lei scociata in poche parole mi manda a quel paese (forse perche non mi sono piaciuti le sue proposte ).A sto punto io trovandomi davanti a una ragazza che non ha voglia di lavorare esco e me ne vado .Però alla fine sono ritornata dopo un ora visto che avevo necessità urgente di un fondotinta.Quando sono ritornata ho richesto un aiuto a un altra ragazza , la ragazza con capelli lunghi castagni invece si dimostra disponibile e ha provato a cercare di acontentarmi ed era professionale.Io penso che le persone che non hanno voglia di lavorare debbano stare a casa .
On 10/11 I went in to buy a new foundation, when I entered a girl with black bobbed hair approaches me and asks me if I need it. I answer yes and I tell her what I need and I tell her I should change foundation . I explain what kind of foundation I would like, she starts showing me a foundation but I tell her that I have already used it and I didn't like it, then she shows me a type of babyceam and here I immediately didn't like it since I had them said I would like a fairly covering foundation. telling her I don't like it, the girl replies annoyed I'm sorry. then I walk away for a minute but then I get back to myself and ask her if I could look at something else, and in a nutshell she sends me to that country (perhaps because I did not like his proposals) At the point I find myself in front of a girl who does not want to work I go out and leave. a foundation When I came back I asked another girl for help, the girl with long chestnut hair proved to be available and tried to please me and she was professional.I think that people who do not want to work should stay at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le ragazze non mi sembrano molto formate dal punto di vista del customer service, stanno un po’ sulle nuove e sembra non ascoltino il cliente, le politiche di reso lasciano a desiderare. Meglio rivolgersi al suo competitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stato da Douglas per scegliere un profumo, è stata un esperienza fantastica !! Tutto lo staff è stato gentile, educato e cortese ma in particolar modo Cristiana, che ha dimostrato grande professionalità e soprattutto infinita disponibilità nel farmi sentire le varie fragranze da uomo.
Consiglio vivamente una visita presso il negozio dei Petali a tutti quelli che cercano assortimento ed uno staff tanto preparato quanto educatissimo.......voto 10 !!
Today I went to Douglas to choose a perfume, it was a fantastic experience !! All the staff was kind, polite and courteous but especially Cristiana, who showed great professionalism and above all infinite availability in making me feel the various fragrances for men.
I highly recommend a visit to the Petals shop to all those looking for an assortment and a staff as prepared as very polite ....... vote 10 !!
