C	Clara Veronesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un pallet la legna 10 gg fa, è bagnata a tal punto che fa i funghi e muffa ,nel camino frigge ed è inutilizzabile..ho chiamato x farlo presente e si sono rivelate persone maleducate e poco serie,offendono e mi son sentita dare della scema perché a loro dire sono io che ho delle storie e non so riconoscere la legna secca da quella bagnata..vergognosi a dir poco.. I bought a pallet the wood 10 days ago, it is wet to the point that it causes fungi and mold, in the fireplace it sizzles and is unusable .. I called x to point it out and they turned out to be rude and not serious people, they offend and I felt give a fool because they say it is I who have stories and I can not recognize the dry wood from the wet one .. shameful to say the least ..

Pagati in anticipo per consegna di 3 bancali, ne è arrivato uno solo e dopo INNUMEREVOLI richieste visto l'arrivo imminente dei primi freddi. Trattati spesso anche male dal personale, il mio consiglio è: TENETEVENE ALLA LARGA. The inefficiency, the lack of professionalism and the total indifference treatment towards customers (I speak from personal experience) are the masters in this company. Paid in advance for the delivery of 3 pallets, only one arrived and after COUNTLESS requests given the imminent arrival of the first cold. Often treated badly by the staff, my advice is: KEEP AWAY.
R	Rodolfo Caiumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda gestita da persone incapaci ed arroganti e bugiardi, paghi per acquistare 3 pallets di pellet e fai fatica a riceverne 1...oltretutto: ho ricevuto un materiale scadente, che se sul sacco compare una certificazione, con semplici test, si è dimostrato una fregatura...rispetto alla fornitura fatta nel 2017! ! Noi ci siamo cascati, avendo avuto un ottimo servizio nel 2017 . Penso che questa gestione, finirà presto, non per la mia recensione che cancelleranno ...ma per le fregature che stanno dando, a tante altre persone! Company run by incapable and arrogant and liars people, you pay to buy 3 pallets of pellets and you struggle to receive 1 ... moreover: I received a poor material, which if a certification appears on the bag, with simple tests, has proved to be a rip-off ... compared to the supply made in 2017! ! Ho trovato nel sacco delle ragnatele.. quindi vi sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da loro I ordered a pallet of pellets at the price of € 5.90: in addition to the difficulty in receiving it because they sent it back to me a lot of times, I received old pellets so last year's one which cost half the price.
