★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato ad acquistare del pellet che sono rimasto senza ne volevo prendere alcuni sachetti per provare l efficienza ... alla domanda se accettavano il bancomat mi viene risposto che visto la spesa così minima (5.50al sacco e ne volevo 5 ) ne devo acquistare almeno 10 sacchi .
Ne ho acquistati 10 senza fare polemiche anche perché mi serviva e non avevo contanti poi tanto non va da male e ci sarà freddo ancora per un po ..
Ricordo però che la legge prevede di pagare anche un caffè con il bancomat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...contraccambio gli auguri ricordandovi che, se le regole non sono cambiate, la merce va sostituita nel caso abbia problemi o difetti! ...vi penserò ogni volta che svuotero' un sacco di pellet nella caldaia!
... I reciprocate the good wishes reminding you that, if the rules have not changed, the goods must be replaced in case they have problems or defects! ... I'll think about it every time I empty a lot of pellets into the boiler!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Statene lontani!!! Ho fatto tre rifornimenti di pellet ed era andato tutto bene, alla quarta ho avuto una bella delusione!!! Il peggiore dei pellet!! Il braciere sempre tutto intasato e la caldaia sporchissima!! Alla domanda di sostituzione mi è stato risposto di NO e se non mi andava bene quello che mi avevano consegnato...mi è stato suggerito di regalarlo ad un vicino!!!
Teribile!! Mai più sarò sua cliente!!!
Stay away !!! I made three supplies of pellets and everything went well, the fourth I had a big disappointment !!! The worst of the pellets !!
