★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima ho acquistato ad ottobre 2017 una stufa a pellet di questa azienda. A tutt'oggi è già partita la scheda elettronica 2 volte già stata sostituita la candeletta insomma un vero e proprio disastro mi sto amaramente partendo di averla comprata e di non aver puntato su un prodotto di marca (mia sorella ha una palazzetti che va da 6 anni senza problemi), inoltre ora non so cosa aspettarmi mi sono inviperita con l'installatore il quale mi ha risposto che deve sentire in azienda ma io ho speso un sacco di soldi per avere un prodotto scadente e di poca qualità. Avrei dovuto leggere bene le recensioni precedenti per non trovarmi in questa situazione pubblicherò i risvolti per dare possibilità ad altri utenti di non avere situazioni spiacevoli come la mia

Io ho una stufa a pellet Idro caloritaly modello Atena 24 kw , questo è il terzo inverno e sono contento perché finora funziona perfettamente. Vorrei chiedere solo un favore a caloritaly, ho smarrito il libretto di istruzioni e mi trovo con qualche difficoltà per delle programmazioni.
Potete mandarmi una copia del libretto?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda inaffidabile,senza assistenza, si è rotto una ventola subito dopo che l'ho acquistata ,apparte che me l'hanno consegnata dopo 6 mesi , invito tutti ad andare da un legale e caricare le stufe su un camion e ribaltargliele dentro il negozio quello che farò io ,almeno con un legale se hanno qualcosa c'è la danno, non credo ?! visto che non si possono permettere un assistenza per soddisfare il cliente , questa è gente che non può vendere delle fregature ,vi sto ancora aspettando ora basta ,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche tempo fa ho acquistato una stufa modello Caravaggio e per la prima volta quest anno ho comprato il nocciolino, 2 settimane fa, e ancora non riesco a utilizzarlo correttamente. Il tecnico che mi ha venduto la stufa qui a l Aquila è assolutamente inaffidabile e incompetente: ha aggiunto un aletta in un tubo dietro la stufa e una grata nel braciere dicendomi che non era necessario altro ma già da subito la stufa ha cominciato a lavorare sotto sforzo, diventa interamente bollente anche impostando il termostato al minimo, il braciere si riempie completamente, si forma un tappo compatto di residui non totalmente bruciati, consuma un sacco intero di nocciolino da 15 kg in una decina di ore. Son tornata al pellet e da giorni gli sto chiedendo d informarsi in ditta su come impostare la stufa ma niente, ora non risponde neanche più alle mie chiamate e questo è solo l ultimo episodio di menefreghismo da parte sua perché ho avuto già altri problemi con questa stufa. Pessimo l acquisto e l assistenza

The technician who sold me the stove here at the Aquila is absolutely unreliable and incompetent: he added a fin in a tube behind the stove and a grate in the brazier telling me that nothing else was needed but already immediately the stove started working under stress , it becomes completely boiling even if the thermostat is set to minimum, the brazier is completely filled, a compact cap is formed of residues that are not totally burned, it consumes a whole bag of 15 kg peanut in about ten hours. I went back to the pellets and for days I have been asking him to ask the firm about how to set the stove but nothing, now he doesn't even answer my calls anymore and this is only the last episode of indifference on his part because I already had other problems with this stove. Very bad purchase and assistance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra poco torneremo a doverci scaldare e so che come l'anno scorso da quando abbiamo messo la stufa Sofia, passeremo un caldo inverno in casa! Abbiamo collegato la stufa ai termosifoni e riusciamo a scaldare tutta la casa senza l'uso del gas, cosa che di questi periodi mi sembra una saggia scelta! Ringrazio l'azienda per il prodotto di qualità, ma soprattutto il tecnico che ci ha mandato
per l'installazione, il sig. Tarditi molto professionale e competente, e anche molto disponibile per supportarci nella conoscenza della stufa. Ottima scelta! Consiglio anche per il bel colore elegante.
