Il presunto proprietario ha risposto chela box era stata data ad un non precisato altro cliente.ho verificato con lui ed era il mio ordine ad essere stato presumibilmente dato ad un altra persona. Cosa impossibile visto che il mio ordine risultava non evaso. Oltretutto sono stata trattata in modo molto scortese e quasi cacciata dal locale. Situazione molto imbarazzante. Ho scritto al servizio clienti e spero di essere rimborsata per il mancato servizio. Comunque per il trattamento subito mi sento di sconsigliare a tutti eventuali acquisti. Experience with apps. The alleged owner replied that the box had been given to an unspecified other customer. I checked with him and it was my order that was allegedly given to another person. Which is impossible since my order was not processed. Besides, I was treated very rude and almost kicked out of the club. Very embarrassing situation. I have written to customer service and hope to be refunded for non-service. However for the treatment immediately I feel advised against all possible purchases.

Eccellenti le proposte che producono per tutto l'arco della giornata, dalla colazione all'apericena tra pranzi, spuntini, panini e primi piatti ad un prezzo modico. Atmosfera calda e accogliente. Perfetta anche la locazione (di passaggio per il lavoro, passeggiata o per andare a scuola). Lo consiglio! Bar located in the historic center of Ferrara. Excellent service from the owners, very nice and kind. The proposals they produce throughout the day are excellent, from breakfast to aperitifs including lunches, snacks, sandwiches and first courses at a moderate price. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is also perfect (passing through for work, a walk or to go to school). I advise!
