dove c'è ancora il rapporto umano e il confronto con il salumiere di fiducia, nel nostro caso la Marisa alias Maria, che esercita da oltre 60 anni con
una passione e abnegazione ormai rare.
E' sufficiente farsi guidare dall'olfatto e si arriva all'angolo di via Voltapaletto
a Ferrara, per immergersi nella gastronomia ferrarese, e nelle varie specialità di salumi, formaggi, pasta fresca ripiena, il pane all'olio di Ferrara, e le teglie di lasagne verdi preparate da Marisa.
Nell'occasione è difficile resistere alla tentazione di farsi affettare grossolanamente un poco di "Bologna" e degustarla!
