Il fatto che si mangi benissimo, qualità eccellente, presentazione impeccabile è un dato di fatto. Una struttura di alto design degli anni 90 rivista e valorizzata in molti suoi particolari. Lo staff eccellente ed il tartufo bianco? Sublime!!! Wonderful! Good food, between tradition and reinterpretation, is accompanied by a wonderful environment. A high design structure of the 90s revised and enhanced in many of its details. Servizio impeccabile. Prezzi adeguati (sigh..). Comunque un piacere pranzare da loro. High level trattoria, cuisine based on local black and white truffles used wisely and not sparingly. Wine list of high and very high quality. Impeccable service. Adequate prices (sigh ..). However a pleasure to have lunch with them.

La sempre cortese accoglienza che ti mette subito a tuo agio è stata accompagnata da un menu che a mio parere ha superato sé stesso. Da buon figlio di contadini con mamma “zdora” che a 85 anni fa ancora la sfoglia col matterello (e che qui ritrovo), frequentatore di ristoranti per motivi di lavoro, qui trovo il perfetto connubio tra cucina tradizione e cucina innovativa. Ogni volta è un viaggio nei ricordi con piatti della mia infanzia (l’unico ristorante dove trovo la zuppa inglese realizzata con la ciambella e oltre all’alchermes c’è il liquore alla menta) insieme allo stupore di sapori, nuovi per me, che mi sorprendono al loro assaggio. Ottimi abbinamenti di vini consigliati da Francesco. Complimenti ad Adriana! Bravissima. A presto! Fabio I always like to go back to Trattoria La Rosa. This time it really surprised me. The always courteous welcome that immediately puts you at ease was accompanied by a menu that in my opinion has surpassed itself. As a good son of peasants with his mother "zdora" who, at 85 years old, still makes dough with a rolling pin (and whom I find here), a frequenter of restaurants for work reasons, here I find the perfect combination of traditional cuisine and innovative cuisine. Each time it is a journey into memories with dishes from my childhood (the only restaurant where I find the English soup made with the donut and in addition to the alchermes there is the mint liqueur) together with the amazement of flavors, new to me, which they surprise me at their taste. Excellent wine pairings recommended by Francesco. Congratulations to Adriana! Very good. See you soon! Fabio
