L'esercizio è indubbiamente di alta qualità, e son sicuro che i proprietari adegueranno la propria offerta ai tempi che (per fortuna) cambiano! I have visited this cafe several times, then searched (and found) other places where vegan pastry is served. The exercise is undoubtedly of high quality, and I am sure that the owners will adapt their offer to the times that (fortunately) change!

Ho chiesto se era disponibile il servizio e, ancora prima di ordinare, con modi per niente educati, mi è stato detto “senta per due caffè non facciamo proprio niente”… Ho spiegato che non erano solo due caffè e tra l’altro abito a 2m a piedi dalla pasticceria. Ho chiesto che dolci c’erano in vetrina e la signorina con toni pessimi mi ha risposto “senta sta piovendo e fa freddo non posso venire a portarle nulla ho da fare” ……….. sconsigliatissimo. I tried calling this pastry shop to order sweets accompanied by coffee and more to celebrate the immaculate conception with the family. I asked if the service was available and, even before ordering, with no polite manners, I was told "look for two coffees we don't do anything at all" ... I explained that it wasn't just two coffees and by the way I live in 2m walk from the pastry shop. I asked what sweets were in the window and the young lady replied with bad tones "look, it's raining and it's cold, I can't come and bring you anything, I have to do" ......... highly discouraged.

Il personale non è ne gentile ne sgarbato, insignificante si può dire. Non si capisce per quale motivo ma a giorni alterni i camerieri vengono al tavolo e ti propongono la cioccolata in tazza fatta da loro e in altri momenti ti anticipano già che la cioccolata non c’è, stesso discorso per la panna e caffè speciali. Anche per le paste succede la stessa cosa. Insomma…si fa prima a dire “ mi porti quello che vuole” come abbiamo sentito dire da un signore vicino al nostro tavolo. L’unica cosa buona : il caffè. Il bagno è da pulire un po’ più spesso. Non raccomandato. The place is quite welcoming. The same cannot be said for the disabled who struggle not a little to enter. The staff is neither polite nor rude, insignificant it can be said. It is not clear why, but every other day the waiters come to the table and offer you hot chocolate made by them and at other times they already tell you that there is no chocolate, the same goes for cream and special coffees. The same thing happens also for pasta. Well ... it's the first thing to say "bring me what you want" as we heard from a gentleman near our table. The only good thing: the coffee. The bathroom needs to be cleaned a little more often. Not recommended.

Io essendo celiaca mi hanno proposto un cannolo ripieno con crema delizioso e confezionato in sicurezza onde evitare contaminazioni. La treccia salata con farina normale ottima. Personale simpatico, disponibile e sorridente. Consigliato Cozy and clean bar. Good coffee, hot cappuccino. Being celiac, they offered me a cannoli filled with delicious cream and safely packaged to avoid contamination. The salted braid with normal flour is excellent. Friendly, helpful and smiling staff. Advised
