★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un favore al negozio (ovviamente pagando il dovuto disturbo e il costo dei pezzi) in quanto la ditta Bonaldo non tratta direttamente con i privati ma se si devono ordinare alcuni pezzi di ricambio di un tavolo, bisogna farlo tramite un negozio rappresentante. Il signore (penso proprio Callegari) si è dimostrato subito per niente disponibile e scocciato al mio problema con una maleducazione inqualificabile. Per fortuna c'è un altro negozio che rappresenta la ditta madre per cui ho virato da persone più disponibili, educate e con voglia di fare. Pessimo.
I asked the shop for a favor (obviously paying the necessary trouble and the cost of the pieces) as the Bonaldo company does not deal directly with private individuals but if you have to order some spare parts for a table, you have to do it through a representative shop. The gentleman (I think Callegari) immediately proved to be not at all available and annoyed at my problem with an unspeakable rudeness. Fortunately, there is another shop that represents the parent company for which I have turned from people more available, polite and with a desire to do. Bad.
