Chiedo informazioni per l'acquisto di una matita per occhi, mi sento rispondere: " Signora, sono tutte esposte", certo che sono tutte esposte, ma considerando che in quel momento c'ero solo io come cliente, se avessi avuto supporto dalla commessa, avrei acquistato qualcosa. In questo modo sono andata da Duglas.
E non è la prima volta che trovo personale del genere da Coin. Peccato perché il negozio è ben fornito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio storico di Ferrara, che entro il 13 .01.18.pv sara definirivamente chiuso. Era un intetessante punto di riferimento per la citta..con prodotti di media/alta qualità..per abbigliamento, casa, profumeria...etc. un peccato...la sua chiusura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storico negozio di abbigliamento, casalinghi, pelletteria e profumeria.
Ci sono molte marche conosciutissime e per questo i prezzi un tantino alti, si sa: le marche si pagano.
Il personale (parlo del reparto uomo) sempre disponibile.
Aggiornamento di dicembre 2017: è in atto lo svuota tutto per la chiusura del negozio; ne aprirà un altro tra non molto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior store della città. Peccato che lo vogliano chiudere il prossimo gennaio. Brand di qualità e di conseguenza capi di buona fattura...anche gli accessori sono molto interessanti, per non parlare dei reparti profumeria e casa...senza paragoni qui in città. I prezzi sembrano un po' altini ma se li paragoniamo a quelli di altri negozi e confrontiamo i materiali, potremmo cambiare idea
