S	Sara Gargiulo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provato dopo aver preso visione del punteggio su Google, dando il beneficio del dubbio a recensioni un po' "borderline" che a volte risultano veritiere a volte no.In effetti posso smentire i giudizi negativi sulla " quantità" delle portate, che mi sono parse nella norma, ma mio malgrado non posso accordarmi alle numerose recensioni di alto punteggio: la cucina è senza infamia e senza lode, nulla è stato sgradevole, ma neppure degno di nota e di un ritorno al ristorante, in particolare i dolci abbastanza "standard" o di livello inferiore ad altri assaggiati in ristorante; il menù e soprattutto la carta dei vini sono presentati ad un livello decisamente più basso alle aspettative, parecchi neppure indicati in testo; scelta sugli amari e grappe basica; camerieri tutti gentili ed educati ma molto "basici" nel coccolare o consigliare il cliente; rapporto qualità prezzo non ottimale se paragonato ad altri ristoranti provati a Ferrara in queste sere per qualità/quantità del menù/vini e distillati. Non lo consiglierei a chi visita Ferrara e vuole provare qualcosa di tipico. Sicuramente i gusti sono soggettivi, ma oggettivamente un buon ristoratore e imprenditore dovrebbe essere sempre cortese con gli avventori e apprezzare le critiche costruttive per migliorare. Auguro anche lei di migliorare le prossime esperienze dei clienti presso il suo ristorante. Tried after having read the score on Google, giving the benefit of the doubt to some "borderline" reviews that sometimes turn out to be true and sometimes not. normal, but in spite of myself I cannot agree with the numerous high-scoring reviews: the cuisine is without infamy and without praise, nothing was unpleasant, but not even noteworthy and a return to the restaurant, especially the fairly "standard" desserts or of a lower level than others tasted in a restaurant; the menu and above all the wine list are presented at a much lower level than expected, many not even indicated in the text; choice of bitters and basic grappas; waiters all kind and polite but very "basic" in pampering or advising the customer; value for money not optimal if compared to other restaurants tried in Ferrara in these evenings for quality / quantity of the menu / wines and spirits. I would not recommend it to anyone visiting Ferrara and wanting to try something typical. Surely tastes are subjective, but objectively a good restaurateur and entrepreneur should always be courteous to customers and appreciate constructive criticism to improve. I also wish you to improve future customer experiences at your restaurant.

Livello medio alto per qualità /prezzo, merita di essere provato. Ottimi i cappellacci con la zucca, il brasato di guancia SUBLIME. Dolci ottimi, in particolare la schiacciatina al cioccolato. Piccolissimo appunto, un cuoco del suo livello non si abbassi mai al compromesso del mercato, mettendo nel menù il tiramisù... Per tutto il resto, compreso, arredamento :Bravi! ?????? Recommended by our B&B, Ippogrifi?, we ate very well, traditional dishes just revisited. Medium-high level for quality / price, it deserves to be tried. The cappellacci with pumpkin and SUBLIME braised cheek are excellent. Excellent desserts, especially the chocolate flatbread. Great food! Fair price for the portions. Attentive service without being 'stuffy'. I still dream of pappardelle with wild boar (off the menu)!

Da quanto ho capito, si tratta di un ristorante che da trattoria tradizionale ha voluto fare un salto di qualità e diventare un ristorante più raffinato. A mio avviso, per ora ci è riuscito solo in parte. Provato a pranzo insieme alla mia ragazza, abbiamo in realtà apprezzato la cucina tipica con qualche innovazione per renderla più contemporanea. Personale giovane, molto cortese e disponibile, ma all’evidenza un po’ inesperto. Ciò che tuttavia ci ha negativamente impressionati è stato il conto, del tutto sproporzionato al nostro pranzo: circa 80 € per 2 primi (pasta fresca), 1 secondo (faraona), 2 calici di vino (Refosco), 2 bottiglie d’acqua e 2 caffè. Ho riflettuto molto prima di scrivere la recensione, ma è stato il confronto con altri ristoranti di Ferrara di pari livello (dal conto decisamente più onesto) che mi ha convinto. From what I understand, this is a restaurant that from a traditional trattoria wanted to make a leap in quality and become a more refined restaurant. In my opinion, for now he has only partially succeeded. Tried for lunch with my girlfriend, we actually enjoyed the typical cuisine with some innovations to make it more contemporary. Young staff, very courteous and helpful, but obviously a bit inexperienced. However, what negatively impressed us was the bill, completely disproportionate to our lunch: about 80 € for 2 first courses (fresh pasta), 1 second course (guinea fowl), 2 glasses of wine (Refosco), 2 bottles of water and 2 coffees. I thought a lot before writing the review, but it was the comparison with other restaurants in Ferrara of the same level (with a much more honest bill) that convinced me.

Un antipasto, due primi e un dolce con acqua e coperto 52€ per due persone. I primi erano eccezionali, nei taglierini sarebbe stato gradito un po' più di sugo, ma nessun altro aspetto si può criticare. Lo consiglio. Local close to the center, welcoming and well furnished. Friendly staff and great food. An appetizer, two first courses and a dessert with water and cover charge € 52 for two people. The first courses were exceptional, a little more sauce would have been appreciated in the taglierini, but no other aspect can be criticized. I advise.
