Cucina ottima e buon vino. Consigliatissimo . A little piece of Tuscany in the heart of Ferrara. Very nice place where you can find not only flavors but also typical Tuscan hospitality. Excellent cuisine and good wine. Highly recommended.

Idem per il filetto di chianina, o la braciola di cinta. In pieno centro a Ferrara. Personale gentile e puntuale. Conto corretto. Da ritornarci per provare gli altri piatti?. Proprietario gentile e competente (anche di uomini di cavalli ?) Trattoria with typical Tuscan cuisine. Pappardelle with wild boar and hare alla cacciatora on a bed of polenta are very good. Ditto for the Chianina fillet, or the cinta chop. In the center of Ferrara. Polite and punctual staff. Correct account. To come back to try the other dishes?. Kind and competent owner (also of horse men ?)

Iniziamo con bruschette con pomodorini, e bruschette salsiccia e gorgonzola ( degne di nota ) Proseguiamo con tortelli ai funghi buoni, e tagliatelle al ragù. Da bere acqua e un calice di vino toscano. Spesa € 45,00 in tutto. Qualità del cibo buona, personale cordiale, unica nota tavoli troppo attaccati. Tornerò per provare le pappardelle al cinghiale che quel giorno non c'erano. Lunch for two. We start with bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, and bruschetta with sausage and gorgonzola (noteworthy) We continue with tortelli with good mushrooms, and tagliatelle with meat sauce. To drink water and a glass of Tuscan wine. Spending € 45.00 in all. Good quality of food, friendly staff, only note tables too close together. I'll be back to try the pappardelle with wild boar that weren't there that day.
V	Valkirya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza da Baffoni in centro storico. Baffino è una piccola osteria molto carina curata soprattutto nell'arredamento davvero particolare. Abbiamo deciso di provare due piatti diversi, un antipasto e un secondo piatto di carne. Abbiamo optato per un tagliere di salumi con le bruschette e poi di una tagliata davvero buonissima. Vino della casa davvero molto buono, l'unica pecca è stato il dolce poiché il tortino al cioccolato non era stato riscaldato bene e di conseguenza la parte liquida all'interno era ancora un po' densa e in alcuni punti il tortino era freddo. Consiglio di fare più attenzione prima di servire questo dolce un po' particolare. Personale davvero simpatico a modo e soprattutto molto competente. Bagno molto particolare, sembra quasi un labirinto per poterci arrivare. Great experience at Baffoni in the historic center. Baffino is a very nice little tavern with particular attention to the very particular furnishings. We decided to try two different dishes, an appetizer and a second meat dish. We opted for a platter of cold cuts with bruschetta and then a really good cut. Really very good house wine, the only flaw was the dessert because the chocolate cake was not heated well and consequently the liquid part inside was still a bit thick and in some places the cake was cold. I recommend that you be more careful before serving this somewhat special dessert. Really nice and above all very competent staff. Very special bathroom, it almost looks like a labyrinth to get there.

We got a table but a little small for 3 people. I asked for a bigger table but there is none but the manager/owner took an extra table from inside and gave us the extra table. That's a service! But best of all the food. Fresh! My son even got a lamb chop with homemade potatoes! I got a dark skin waitress who is always smiling, attentive and try to understand the language obstacles, she is a gold in the restaurant!
