Poco cortesi, mi hanno ignorata per molto tempo anche se visibilmente attendevo in negozio, in maniera scortese mi han liquidato borbottando tra di loro continuando ad ignorare anche il mio cordiale saluti.
very nice shop, beautiful selection of aticoli of various kinds, the Dobbia window and the show is very well done. I found it very badly with the owners. Shortly courteous, they ignored me for a long time even if visibly waited in the store, in a rude han dismissed me muttering among themselves continuing to ignore my cordial greetings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato una libreria. Luca è stato molto gentile, ci ha seguiti, ci ha dato ottimi consigli e si è fatto carico della sostituzione (in un giorno) di un modulo che era arrivato danneggiato durante la spedizione.

Abbiamo richiesto la restituzione della somma spesa perché il prodotto ricevuto, pur essendo di ottima qualità , non aveva alcune delle caratteristiche attese. Da subito i titolari si sono resi disponibili alla restituzione della somma spesa (circa 900 euro ) e puntualmente oggi é arrivato il loro bonifico per l’intera somma. Ci hanno anche chiesto di spiegare quali erano le nostre osservazioni al prodotto per sottoporle alla ditta produttrice al fine di migliorarlo. Questa per noi è stata una dimostrazione di autentica professionalità e di attenzione per il cliente. Grazie, soprattutto a Luca che ci ha seguito nella vendita. Roberto e Patrizia di Torino
We bought online the spare parts of a beautiful design product sold by Nikel. We requested the return of the amount spent because the product received, although of excellent quality, did not have some of the expected characteristics. Immediately, the owners made themselves available to return the amount spent (about € 900) and their bank transfer for the entire amount arrived on time today. They also asked us to explain what our observations were to the product to submit to the manufacturer in order to improve it.
