★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima, la sfoglia è ancora tirata a mano con il mattarello: fantastici sia i capellacci di zucca, che i capelletti di carne ed il pasticcio ferrarese, sia dolce che salato, poi i passatelli, i gnocchi alla romana. Infine per concludere la Tenerina il dolce al cioccolato.
Excellent, the dough is still rolled by hand with a rolling pin: both the capellacci of pumpkin, the hair of meat and the Ferrara pie, both sweet and savory, are fantastic, then the passatelli, the gnocchi alla romana. Finally to finish the Tenerina the chocolate dessert.

I returned to this laboratory with my girlfriend after 4 years because the tenerina of their production has literally conquered us. Genuine ingredients, freshly made, fresh and quality products as well as an unrivaled availability on the part of the owners! Fully recommended! When we return from Rome to Ferrara, it will definitely be one of our stops!

Allego foto per farvi osservare la libidine emanata dai cappellacci ripieni di zucca nonostante siano stati mangiati 24h dopo l’acquisto e fatto un viaggio di 400km circa in A1. Premetto che sono di Roma e cucino molto meglio la carbonara o la gricia rispetto alle pietanze ferraresi però penso che con il prodotto di ottima qualità di possano fare cose pazzesche. 110 con lode alla gentilissima signora che mi ha servito

I enclose a photo to show you the lust given by the cappellacci stuffed with pumpkin despite being eaten 24 hours after the purchase and made a trip of about 400km in A1.
