Bello vedere quando uno ama quello che fà.. si vede dalla voglia, dalla passione e cura dei particolari.. Ci hanno presentato ogni prodotto e gli acquisti sono stati innumerevoli e di una qualità ottima ?
I've been to this bakery only once, but the owners have proved to be among the kindest and most professional I've ever met .. Nice to see when one loves what they do .. you can see from the desire, the passion and attention to detail .. They presented us with every product and the purchases were countless and of excellent quality ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi i cappellacci e i cappelletti, se devi trasportarli te li pastorizzano e si mantengono più a lungo. Unico neo, per me, le dosi che consigliano sono troppo abbondanti, però, se si è "di pasto" come si dice, vanno bene.
The cappellacci and cappelletti are excellent, if you have to transport them they pasteurize them and they last longer. The only drawback, for me, the doses they recommend are too abundant, however, if you are a "meal" as they say, they are fine.
