Valutando tutti gli pro e tutti i contro metto due stelle (provvisorie, sce cambia qualcosa in prossimi mesi la mia recensione sarà modificata). Per cominciare vorrei specificare che il servizio veterinario offerto a parere mio sembra più che buono, non ho mai avuto problemi durante e e dopo i trattamenti, il principale motivo della mia valutazione è il mancato rispetto degli orari di appuntamenti con un ritardo medio di 30 minuti (da circa 20 minuti solitamente a un'ora oggi), la principale scusa è la solita urgenza del cliente precedente, che per coincidenza capita proprio davanti a me ogni volta, in più ultima volta che mio cane aveva bisogno della visita urgente abbiamo lo stesso aspettato per mezz'ora(un consiglio per personale se siete a conoscenza di una visita urgente che occuperà dottore per prossima mezz'ora fateci uno squillo di telefono così da evitare lo stress dell'animale ). Altro aspetto negativo riguarda il servizio di abbonamento che offrono (un ottimo servizio) poiché sono poco chiare le clausole contenute all'interno, e che variano a loro piacimento facendoti pagare i servizi che gli anni scorsi hai fatto gratis(dovrebbe essere più precisa la descrizione dei servizi offerti all'interno dell abbonamento).In fine vorrei specificare che sono a conoscenza della completa ristrutturazione del personale e spero che il servizio offerto migliorerà in futuro. To begin with, I would like to specify that the veterinary service offered in my opinion seems more than good, I have never had problems during and after the treatments, the main reason for my evaluation is the non-compliance with the appointment schedules with an average delay of 30 minutes ( from about 20 minutes usually to an hour today), the main excuse is the usual urgency of the previous customer, which coincidentally happens right in front of me every time, plus the last time my dog needed the urgent visit we waited the same for half an hour (a tip for staff if you know of an urgent visit that will occupy the doctor for the next half hour let us ring the phone so as to avoid the stress of the animal). Another negative aspect concerns the subscription service they offer (an excellent service) since the clauses contained within are unclear, and which vary according to their liking by making you pay for the services that you have done for free in recent years (the description should be more precise. of the services offered within the subscription) Finally, I would like to specify that I am aware of the complete restructuring of the staff and I hope that the service offered will improve in the future.

Sì è scoperto che gli era scoppiata la cistifellea e aveva fatto peritonite. Che dire,dopo l'intervento lo abbiamo portato per qualche giorno per le terapie e lui è tornato ad essere il cane di prima,pieno di vitalità! Un grazie speciale a tutto lo staff che è sempre stato gentile e disponibile,alla dottoressa Francesca che è stata meravigliosa! Ho sentito il calore e la passione per gli animali,hanno curato il mio Zazà! Grazie infinite ? They saved the life of my friend Zazà (5 year old dog) who had an emergency laparotomy. È veramente ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo delle prestazioni mediche. Il pacchetto tutto compreso è veramente conveniente. Anche le operazioni e gli approvvigionamenti per i nostri amici a quattro zampe sono competitivi e professionali. Se volete evitare di spendere fortune e avere una protezione a 360° per i vostri animali domestici, questa struttura fa a caso vostro. Provare per credere. Compared to real legalized scams, Ca 'Zampa presents itself as a welcoming place. The quality / price ratio of medical services is truly excellent. The all-inclusive package is really affordable. Operations and supplies for our four-legged friends are also competitive and professional. Aveva i nodi si ma si poteva fare di meglio! Mai più! I was very disappointed, 50 euros for a grooming so even no, I did it better alone with the machine paid 13 euros. Preciso che vengo già da un appuntamento spostato all'ultimo momento anche se prenotato con LARGO ANTICIPO e da altri ritardi. Assolutamente inadeguata la risposta del tolettatore che mi ha detto che oggi è il 31 dicembre e che non siamo dal dottore. Ritengo che se non si ha voglia di lavorare perché è capodanno il centro poteva rimanere anche chiuso. Inoltre hanno fatto passare un altro cane per il taglio delle unghie che aveva apputamento dopo di me aumentando ulteriormente il mio ritardo . E per finire l'anno in bellezza hanno fatto il bagnetto velocemente. Nonostante il pacchetto da tre bagnetti già acquistati preferisco a rinunciare uno lasciando giù la tessera e cercare un ambiente più professionale e serio. Da evitare assolutamente zero stelle!!!
