I prezzi sono onesti I take my little African hedgehog Anais there for checkups (it is difficult to find competent clinics who know this animal) and I am always happy, the environment is pleasant and the veterinary staff are kind. Li contatto telefonicamente per chiedere se effettuano titolazione anticorpale con test sierologico (specifico che avevo necessità di un risultato numerico preciso): mi confermano che si può fare e che il costo è di 85 euro. Quando arrivano i risultati, scopro che iltest effettuato era tipo "qualitativo" (in sostanza, il test anticorpale con i colori) e non era stato effettuato quello che avevo espressamente indicato. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, mi viene detto che mi era stato fatto automaticamente il test più economico (nonostante io non avessi espresso questo desiderio) e che per il tipo di risultato di cui avevo bisogno avrei dovuto effettuare un altro prelievo e spendere ulteriori 140 euro (e anche questa una bella novità). Morale della favola: 85 euro buttati. Edit: Continuate a darvi la zappa sui piedi con le vostre risposte. Avevo specificato che necessitavo di un test con risultato quantitativo (da non addetto ai lavori, avevo parlato di risultato "numerico": più chiari di così si muore). Al di là di tutto, dei professionisti seri avrebbero fornito tutte le informazioni del caso e tutte le opzioni disponibili, mentre alla mia richiesta di avevo un preventivo mi è stato risposto seccamente in una riga di mail "il costo è di 85 euro", senza spiegazioni o altro. In generale, ho riscontrato così tanta superficialità nelle risposte che pensavo di trovarmi a parlare con una persona neo-assunta non ancora (in)formata, salvo poi scoprire che la mia interlocutrice fosse la Direttrice Sanitaria. Fesso io che vi ho dato fiducia... Bad experience. I contact them by phone to ask if they carry out antibody titration with serological tests (I specifically needed a precise numerical result): they confirm that it can be done and that the cost is 85 euros. When the results arrive, I discover that the test carried out was of the "qualitative" type (in essence, the antibody test with colors) and what I had expressly indicated was not carried out. When I ask for an explanation, I am told that I was automatically given the cheapest test (although I had not expressed this desire) and that for the type of result I needed I would have to make another withdrawal and spend an additional 140 euros (and this is also a good news). Moral of the story: € 85 thrown away. Edit: Keep shooting yourself in the foot with your answers. I had specified that I needed a test with a quantitative result (as a layman, I had spoken of a "numerical" result: clearer than that you die). Beyond everything, serious professionals would have provided all the necessary information and all the available options, while my request for a quote was curtly answered in a line of email "the cost is 85 euros", without explanations or other. In general, I found so much superficiality in the answers that I thought I was talking to a newly hired person not yet (in) trained, only to discover that my interlocutor was the Health Director. Fool I who trusted you ...

Siamo stati accolti con molta cura, professionalità e disponibilità. 5 stelle meritate per tutto. I called on a Sunday for an emergency and the dog and I were received pretty much right away. La mia cagnolina ha avuto un problema ad una zampina e sono stati bravissimi a diagnosticare il problema e a curarla. Molto consigliato!! Dr. Chiara and her collaborators do accurate and precise work. My dog had a problem with her paw and they were great at diagnosing the problem and treating it. Highly recommended!!
