All the walls of Lucca are a spectacle, a marvelous park above, with very suggestive locales and an enchanting leap into the past by crossing them below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre un bel vedere. Le mura di lucca sono un must nella visita della città. Un cerchio che circonda tutto il centro storico che i lucchesi chiamano lucca drento. Le mura sono circondate dagli spalti, molto caratteristici. Qui ci si portano i cani. I baluardi invece servono per vedere la cittá da varie angolazioni e anche per sedersi dopo una bella passeggiata a piedi o in bicicletta( il mezzo preferito dai locali). Lucca é una delle rare cittá medievali ad avere ancora tutte le mura integre.
Always a pretty sight. The walls of Lucca are a must for visiting the city. A circle that surrounds the entire historic center that the Lucchese call lucca drento. The walls are surrounded by stands, very characteristic. Dogs are brought here. The bulwarks instead serve to see the city from various angles and also to sit after a nice walk on foot or by bicycle (the local favorite). Lucca is one of the few medieval cities to still have all the walls intact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse il più fruibile di tutti i baluardi che ho visto facendo il giro delle mura. Molto spazioso, con una bellissima alberatura sotto cui è veramente rilassante fare una sosta a leggere un libro o magari fare uno spuntino. Il panorama da questo punto, vale veramente la pena. Consigliatissima una visita.
Perhaps the most usable of all the bastions that I saw while touring the walls. Very spacious, with a beautiful tree under which it is really relaxing to stop and read a book or maybe have a snack. The view from this point is really worth it. A visit is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato su questo baluardo con la mia ragazza in occasione dell'evento Murabilia 2019. La costruzione si trova sulle Mura della città di Lucca nella zona vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Durante l'evento dedicato alle piante è una delle zone di accesso alla mostra. In cima si possono acquistare e ammirare moltissime varietà di erbe aromatiche e piante in vaso. Inoltre era disponibile anche uno stand con prodotti per la cura del giardino.
I was on this bulwark with my girlfriend at the Murabilia 2019 event. The building is located on the city walls of Lucca in the area near the train station. During the event dedicated to plants it is one of the areas of access to the exhibition. At the top you can buy and admire many varieties of aromatic herbs and potted plants. A stand with garden care products was also available.
