★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se l'agente costasse meno e avessi fretta o per questioni varie non avessi il tempo di occuparmi delle ricerche un buon professionista lo pagherei volentieri...ma non ho trovato mai dei professionisti ma solo gente che se compravi elogiava l'immobile sminuendo i difetti (parecchi e nascosti) di cui ti accorgevi e se vendevi sminuiva l'immobile elogiando le cifre in ballo.
Almeno per la zona Bravetta-Pisana-Casetta Mattei così mi sono trovato con loro
Va bene affidarsi alle agenzie immobiliari non dico di no, anche per evitare truffe, ma poi se loro stessi non sono chiari o sono superficiali meglio cercare qualcun'altro.

If the agent cost less and I was in a hurry or for various reasons I did not have the time to take care of research a good professional would gladly pay him ... but I never found professionals but only people who if you bought praised the property diminishing the defects (several and hidden) that you noticed and if you sold diminished the property by praising the figures at stake.
At least for the Bravetta-Pisana-Casetta Mattei area so I found myself with them
It's okay to rely on real estate agencies I don't say no, even to avoid scams, but then if they themselves are not clear or superficial they are better off looking for someone else.
