★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia da evitare. Ho avuto un'esperienza pessima dall'inizio fino a dopo l'uscita dalla casa, non avendo mai ricevuto il rimborso del deposito cauzionale. Il prezzo non era quello dell'annuncio, ma, dopo ogni contatto con loro è aumentato, diventando nettamente superiore; la casa era sporca e nonostante ti impongano nel contratto di pulirla prima di uscire (così si risparmiano di farlo loro) ti fanno pagare altri soldi per la fantomatica pulizia finale, ma io all'entrata ho trovato solo sporcizia, nonostante il periodo covid! Questi sono solo alcuni accaduti perché è stato un incubo vero e proprio. C'è stata poco onesta e professionalità.
Agency to avoid. I had a very bad experience from the beginning until after I left the house, never having received the refund of the security deposit. The price was not that of the announcement, but, after each contact with them, it increased, becoming much higher; the house was dirty and although they require you in the contract to clean it before going out (so they save themselves from doing it) they charge you more money for the elusive final cleaning, but at the entrance I found only dirt, despite the covid period! These are just a few that happened because it was a real nightmare. There was little honesty and professionalism.
