★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondo alla replica della recensione di Salvatore Grasso, in quanto anch'io ero parte interessata all'acquisto dell'immobile. Semplicemente vorrei specificare che già due anni fa, a seguito della prima visita, eravamo consapevoli del fatto che si trattasse di un immobile particolare.
In effetti avendo sostenuto i costi per più sopralluoghi che fece il nostro architetto, siamo stati noi a nostre spese a dirvi dove bisognava intervenire, facendovi avere peraltro un computo dettagliato. La cosa che ci lascia completamente sconvolti è :
NON AVER MAI RICEVUTO UNA TELEFONATA DALL'AGENZIA IN DUE ANNI. Fatta la recensione arriva la telefonata, strano no?

In fact, having borne the costs for several inspections that our architect did, we were the ones who told you at our expense where to intervene, making you have a detailed calculation. The thing that leaves us completely upset is:
HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE AGENCY IN TWO YEARS. After the review comes the phone call, strange isn't it?

Personalmente ritengo sia gestita in modo eccellente dalla titolare Sig.ra Ceccaroni che si avvale di collaboratrici molto professionali e competenti. La Sig.ra Ceccaroni ha gestito la nostra compravendita in modo ineccepibile, essendo sempre disponibile, aiutandoci anche per aspetti non strettamente di competenza di un'agenzia immobiliare e facendoci percepire una gestione del cliente curata nei minimi particolari. Ci tengo a ringraziarla e consiglio di rivolgersi all'agenzia ad occhi chiusi.
