Con altri 3 amici ci siamo presi il giorno di permesso a lavoro e quando ho fatto l'ennesima chiamata per chiedere se l'indomani potevo anticipare di mezz'ora il ritiro mi hanno risposto: NON ABBIAMO PIÙ IL FURGONE PERCHÉ NOLEGGIATO AD UN'ALTRA PERSONA... quindi meno di 24 ore prima, solo xché io ho chiamato, ho saputo che il furgone che avevo prenotato e pagato non era disponibile. Oltretutto i loro prezzi non sono neanche concorrenziali anzi più alti delle altre società di noleggio. Pessimo servizi, pessimo personale, pessimo di tutto. Io mio accaduto risale al 2019. Ho risolto noleggiando con vivarent che grazie alla sua professionalità mi ha salvato una giornata nera nera nera
I had booked and paid for a van to move. With 3 other friends we took the day off to work and when I made the umpteenth call to ask if I could anticipate the pick-up by half an hour the following day they replied: WE DON'T HAVE THE VAN ANY MORE BECAUSE RENTAL TO ANOTHER PERSON ... so less than 24 hours ago, only because I called, I learned that the van I had booked and paid for was not available. Moreover, their prices are not even competitive, indeed higher than other rental companies. Bad services, bad staff, bad of everything. My happened dates back to 2019. I solved it by renting with vivarent that thanks to his professionalism saved me a black black day

I was in and out within minutes, they made it so easy, I couldn't believe it. When I retured the car, they insisted on driving me where I needed to get to. Really nice people who provided us with fantastic service. That is what's important.
