Bad experience. Be careful when renting the cars to all the various scratches, because to keep the deposit they invent anything. Take photos as soon as you rent it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente pessima esperienza. Ho prenotato un furgone per un trasloco, concordando un prezzo di circa 70 euro al giorno. Il furgone era in condizioni pessime, sporco, danneggiato da tutti i lati, ruote sgonfie, interno carico danneggiati, vibrazioni spaventose oltre i 120km/h.
Alla riconsegna sorpresa, il prezzo è salito a 142 euro. Chiedendo spiegazioni mi è stato detto che il prezzo pattuito era solo per 120 km, peccato che non sono mai stato informato verbalmente del limite pur avendone chiesto esplicitamente i costi
sia al momento del preventivo che del noleggio. Come giustificazione mi è stato detto che non si è parlato di km in quanto non pensava avessi bisogno di fare oltre i 120 km poiché di solito il furgone viene utilizzato in zone limitrofe.
