★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire esperienza positiva al massimo con l'agenzia di noleggio Avis di Cassino, per dieci giorni ho viaggiato tranquillamente con una cinquecento nuova oggi l'ho riportata mi dispiace lasciarla mi ci sono affezionata.
Comunque se vi occorre noleggiare un auto vi consiglio l'Avis, Moris vi consiglierà cos'è meglio per voi.
What about a positive experience to the full with the Avis rental agency in Cassino, for ten days I traveled safely with a new five hundred today I brought it back I am sorry to leave you there I am fond of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Prenotiamo il noleggio una settimana prima, andiamo a ritirare l'auto e scopriamo che è già stata affittata. Ce ne danno un'altra a prezzo maggiore con pneumatici estivi chiedendo 5.5 euro al giorno per le catene ( nuove costerebbero 29 euro )
Tornati a casa scopriamo che il noleggiatore aveva mentito anche sul motore dell'auto. Ce ne ha data una con un motore con caratteristiche inferiori a quelle dette durante la firma del contratto. MAI PIU'
Bad experience. We book the rental a week before, we go to pick up the car and discover that it has already been rented. They give us another one at a higher price with summer tires asking for 5.5 euros a day for the chains (new ones would cost 29 euros)
Back home we find out that the renter also lied about the car engine. He gave us one with an engine with inferior characteristics to those said during the signing of the contract. NEVER AGAIN'

Il centralino AVIS con operatori completamente inadeguato e presuntuosi! Non riuscivamo ad avere informazioni valide dal centralino... Ci siamo recati personalmente presso l'avis di Firenze e tutto si è risolto in un attimo... efficienti e Cortesi!
Kind and professional staff both at the Cassino car rental and in Florence ... in Rome, on the other hand, you have poorly trained staff and incorrect information! The AVIS switchboard with completely inadequate and presumptuous operators! We could not get valid information from the switchboard ... We went personally to the avis of Florence and everything was resolved in an instant ... efficient and courteous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avis preferred wasn't working, the 9 seater I booked would have been deemed an insurance write off here in the UK with the amount of damage it had, it leaked oil on my visitors driveways, one seat belt was broke so only had 8 seats available.... Been using this avis here for a long time but this experience was enough to make me not want to use it again!
