G	Giancarlo Biasella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si danno delle tempistiche si rispettano oltre a fare brutta figura nel non dare una macchina di cortesia per tre giorni di ritardo giustificando che l'assicurazione non copre e facendo fare brutte figure con gli amici...perchè non si viene A ritirare un vettura avendo dato la disponibilità se si ottiene un buon prezzo sull'acquisto non lo si deve far scontare sul servizio,e vediamo come va il proseguo!_me la daranno la macchina ?..........segue dopo ritiro macchina ...alzo un pò il giudizio nel rispetto di chi lavora..anche se son rimaste alcune cose che non mi sono piaciute!!ho avuto la macchina e vediamo il proseguo!...ho chiesto l'estinzione del finanziamento e l'importo é diverso da quello che mi era stato detto ovviamente a mio sfavore poca serietá! Però ancora devono finire di fare il passaggio da Kia a Toyota e Peugeot e quindi c'è un po' di confusione nel Parco Macchine, e all'interno dello showroom non si capisce bene che concessionaro è.... Very helpful and good .... Ho comprato una lancia ypsilon usata a novembre del 2018.Da accordo avrei dovuto trovare la macchina con già montate le gomme termiche da loro fornite , ma al momento del ritiro mi è stato detto che le gomme non erano ancora arrivate. Dopo un mese finalmente arrivano le gomme tanto attese, le porto dal gommista e scopro che sono usate , vecchie di cinque anni e non più affidabili. Telefono al concessionario che si giustifica dicendo che mi ha promesso delle gomme ma mica nuove. Giudicate voi. Little seriousness. VM AUTO Group dichiara con arroganza e maleducazione che già mi hanno fatto un favore ad effettuare il lavoro e che non è un problema loro.
