C	Carlo Maraone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato la mia auto più di un anno fa e mi sono trovato molto bene i ragazzi sono persone serie e disponibili e lo hanno dimostrato circa 2 settimane fa quando sono rimasto in panne con un problema serio al motore.anche senza più la garanzia mi hanno aiutato nel rimettere su strada l'auto. consiglio vivamente la professionalità e l'onestà di questi ragazzi non tutti i rivenditori si prestano ad aiutare il cliente al di fuori della garanzia... La disponibilità e l'efficenza dal personale mi hanno colpito sin dalla prima telefonata. Nonostante abbia avuto un problemino con l'alternatore i ragazzi mi sono venuti incontro con le spese affrontate. Sicuramente saranno la prima scelta del mio prossimo acquisto. I bought my Grande Punto for almost 5 months and I must say that I found myself very well. The availability and efficiency of the staff have impressed me since the first phone call. Despite having had a problem with the alternator, the guys met me with the expenses. Surely they will be the first choice of my next purchase.
G	Giuseppe Feroleto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora ho comprato una macchina a luglio 2019 tempo di una settimana e già mi e sorto un problema vado dal mio meccanico e dice che è il motorino di avviamento quindi chiamo al concessionario perché ho un anno di garanzia ed ha solo una settimana da quando l ho acquistata, e mi rispondono che non è competenza del concessionario ad riparare la macchina ma scusa un anno di garanzia mi dici per qualsiasi problema siamo a disposizione e cosi poi a distanza di una settimana dall' acquisto vengo trattato. Quindi la mia recensione e totalmente negativa sono truffatori ti assicurano che la macchina va bene e poi al primo problema se ne lavano le mani sono anche maleducati e senza professionalità. A dimenticavo la macchina l' ho acquistata subito e pagato in contanti, per cui comprate le auto da gente seria e competente sul mercato. Car center è la maleducazione in persona e truffatori. Do una Stella perché sono costretto se no non mi fa pubblicare la recensione perché se no si meritano lo zero assoluto. To forget the car the 'I immediately purchased and paid in cash, so buy the cars from serious and competent people on the market. Car center is rudeness in person and scammers. Do a Star because they are forced if not I'm not posting reviews because otherwise you deserve absolute zero.

Chiami per far presente che l'auto in garanzia ha dei problemi e loro se ne infischiano. 40 minuti al telefono e Non hanno avuto nemmeno il buon senso di invitarmi in concessionaria per controllare l'auto e valutare se il problema è coperto da garanzia. Vergognoso! Non riducete tutto e solo alle pasticche , di cui non siete certi,altrimenti diventate ridicoli. Vi ho chiamato per una avaria al motore e problemi al cambio. Entrambi garantiti. Poi se siete chiaroveggenti o sensitivi è un'alta storia. Significa che avete sbagliato lavoro ed io ho sbagliato posto. Le concessionarie serie e professionali ti invitano in sede, vedono il problema e poi valutano se è coperto o meno dalla garanzia. Voi invece vi limitate a rispondere al telefono per dire con certezza che il problema non è di vostra competenza senza nemmeno appurarlo. Avete una sfera di cristallo tramite la quale, a distanza, riuscite a capire il tutto? O siete consapevoli a priori dei problemi che hanno le auto, da voi vendute, e quindi la mia recensione negativa è giusta? Pensate che debba andare da un meccanico e poi presentarvi la fattura, x dimostrarvi che ho ragione????? STAY AWAY! Il proprietario e i suoi collaboratori sono persone molto educate e disponibili,ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo avuto un problemino e proprio oggi il proprietario mi ha mandato un messaggio con l avvenuta spedizione di un pezzo di ricambio,quindi anche col post vendita sono professionali. Lo consiglio vivamente altrimenti non avrei fatto più di 100 kilometri per andare a Cassino da Latina!!!!! The owner and his collaborators are very polite and helpful people, we found ourselves very well. We had a little problem and today the owner sent me a message with the shipment of a spare part, so even with the after sales they are professional. I highly recommend it otherwise I would not have done more than 100 kilometers to go to Cassino from Latina !!!!!

NO COMMENT!... Risposta al venditore :le recensioni negative parlano per voi! PECCATO NON AVERLE LETTE PRIMA! Buona vita!
