★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 4 gennaio scorso abbiamo avuto una disavventura con il nostro camper rientrando dalle vacanze di Natale a Napoli.
Soccorsi in autostrada dal carroattrezzi dell'Aci che ci ha portati presso questa officina dove, nonostante fosse sabato pomeriggio, siamo stati accolti dal signor Antonio che ci ha rassicurati e si è impegnato ad aggiustare il camper.
Ci ha accompagnati im stazione x rientrare a casa in treno (siamo di Pordenone)
Ieri abbiamo ritirato il camper.
Un grande grazie per la cortesia, la pazienza, la disponibilità e l'onestà dimostrata
Last January 4th we had a misadventure with our camper returning from the Christmas holidays in Naples.
Relief on the highway from the Aci wrecker who took us to this workshop where, despite it being Saturday afternoon, we were greeted by Mr. Antonio who reassured us and committed himself to fixing the camper.
He accompanied us at the station to return home by train (we are from Pordenone)
Yesterday we collected the camper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto una grossa disavventura e nonostante avessimo l'assistenza con ARVAL, questa purtroppo non ci ha aiutato molto, sembra che di domenica il personale non abbia molta voglia di confondersi...
Fortunatamente abbiamo incontrato Antonio che ci ha letteralmente risolto la situazione e tolto dalle peste, ci ha permesso di continuare il nostro viaggio con macchina di cortesia e di ritirare il giorno dopo la nostra auto riparata.
Il tutto con la massima cortesia e disponibilità e soprattutto con alta professionalità a prezzi concorrenziali nonostante il festivo!

We had a big mishap and despite having assistance with ARVAL, this unfortunately did not help us much, it seems that on Sundays the staff do not really want to get confused ...
Luckily we met Antonio who literally solved the situation and took us away from the plague, he allowed us to continue our journey with a courtesy car and to collect our repaired car the next day.
All with the utmost courtesy and availability and above all with high professionalism at competitive prices despite the holiday!

La persona ci ha assistito e riparato il pneumatico della nostra Renault captur. Sfiga ha voluto che a Barberino abbiamo forato un'altro pneumatico ?. We got a flat tire on the motorway in early January and with the roadside assistance from our insurance we got to know this wonderful roadside assistance. The person assisted us and repaired the tire of our Renault captur. Bad luck wanted that in Barberino we punctured another tire ?.
